Very friendly helpful staff, easy and fast check in and out. An various delicious breakfast in big quiet restaurant. Swimming pool is big and in good condition. Enough walking options in the water park.

衞生：清潔，環境好，空氣好。
環境：在濕地公園內，環境非常好，晚上安靜。

非常滿意的酒店，我們晚上安排了趕海，下午安排了五緣灣帆船，所以就近找的這家酒店，酒店在濕地公園裡麪，位置很隱祕，所以很安靜很愜意。園區裏面勝似植物園，還有黑天鵝可以餵我覺得是親子的首選，真的是寶藏酒店。到酒店，大堂經理馬上出來迎接，入住後還送到房間。最讓我滿意的是可以提前4小時入住，推遲到下午2點後退房。特別感謝客房主管小林，下午玩帆船，晚上趕海後洗了超多衣服，過了一晚還是很濕，直接給我們免費烘乾，解決了我們**煩，還有大堂的美慧和海林兩位前台，總是第一時間給解決問題！早餐沙茶麪喝花生湯很好吃。體驗感很棒！哦，酒店還提供落地架和衣掛，可以涼涼衣服。

酒店就在五緣灣濕地公園旁，環境一流，邊上就是天鵝湖，房間有升級，比較大，還帶陽台，面對開闊湖面，確實心曠神怡。前台小傅小吳服務熱情周到，值得表揚

幾年前來過五緣灣，印象中環境很好，又一次到這裏來，找到附近的五緣水鄉酒店，房間有陽台，外頭很安靜，送了好些小點心水果，早餐很好，步行幾分鐘到天鵝湖，前台還送小朋友菜葉子，挺適合帶小朋友來玩哈。
