來廈門這幾天很開心 但是酒店體驗感一般 加了前台客服微信 提出需求時始終未得到回覆 服務還有待提升 。房間無窗 有些許壓抑 馬桶很嚇人 有很大的沖水聲。衞生還可以 總體評價普通。

公交車可以直通五通碼頭，太方便了

從早上8點08分開始，酒店附近房間附近就鐺鐺鐺，伴隨着噼裏啪啦的響聲，我就被吵醒了，本來想好不容易出來打算用一些錢買一晚安靜睡眠，結果沒有想到這個酒店儘管以前住了那麼多次，也是老顧客了，感覺體驗還不錯，但這次實在是足矣讓人失望以及停止繼續入住的念頭了。
近期附近住宅區裝修，並且顧客在房間裏面就可以清晰的聽到，並且影響到休息了，那至少説在入住的時候，無論是在前台還是在客服還是工作人員都應該提醒，但是入住當晚前天女生沒有提醒。第二天前天男生就跟我説是昨天晚上那個人提醒不到位。這是第一點，沒有盡到提醒義務，作為消費者是有知情權的，因為這個會影響到你消費的體驗。第二點，跟我們説住的是大床房，房間上應該是比其他的大。我們根本就沒有介意房間大小的問題，試圖轉移我們注意力，以為房間大一點就可以讓我們閉嘴了？第三點，我們在攜程訂的時候多付了錢，選擇兩點退房，這是我們用錢和攜程積分買來的權益，但是前台説他不知道攜程有兩點這個選項，説平台的設定跟他們沒有關係，真的好笑。這次出來晚了34分鐘，扣了按金。首先是聯繫我微信聯繫不到，再是打電話沒有接到，保潔阿姨通知時候也沒有提一個小時扣按金之類。雖説有提醒，但是三次都沒提到重要的點子上。還要把工作人員的失職算到顧客頭上，甩鍋給其他同事，給攜程，就是這個還不錯的酒店工作人員的作風？看到這個人的所作所為，我甚至覺得這個酒店真是被他抹黑了，真的良心不會痛嗎？希望這個酒店工作人員或者老闆看到這段話的時候，可以給我們一個滿意的答覆。

優點：位置方便，水壓大，房間大，空調給力。用品齊全。
缺點：地板很臟，屋頂漏水，被子重的壓的喘不過氣，排氣扇拆掉了衹有一個大洞，洗澡透冷風。浴室門太簡陋了難開關，鏡子燈線斷的，沒有任何智能之處。

住的4k投影房，睡前想看個投影結果投影連不上網絡，工作人員修了一個小時沒弄好，要休息了就告訴他們算了別修了。我尋思投影不是你們這個房間的一個賣點嗎？結果投影不能用也是挺搞笑的。第二天離店前倒是修好了，挺無語的。店家也沒有給任何補償，第一次寫評價，體驗真的一般，入住前還是把這些設備都檢查下吧
