The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂

Due to personal reasons, I reserved a wheelchair with the hotel in advance. When I arrived in the evening, the hotel staff came to the car to help me with my luggage. They pushed me upstairs in a wheelchair and safely reached the room. During dinner time, they also recommended a local seafood restaurant to us. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Toiletries are clean. Although it was a short day, the stay was very comfortable and satisfying. The breakfast is also very rich. Best among Hotels in xiangshan. Everything was fine. Except a small remark. There was no coffee in the room. ( normally all other hotels in the area had coffee in the room) When asked, I was told the room I chose doesn’t have coffee in the room. That was a surprise. Otherwise, if you are a non smoker, it’s a good choice. ( if you are a smoker, you need to go to ground floor ,outside door , as it is a non smoking hotel )
