整體感覺不錯，入住手續有點久，但服務都還蠻好的，我們定了3間房，不含早餐的，前台小哥説國慶房費那麼高，免費送我們6個早餐券，然後我説家庭房有3個大人，又給了一張，單買早餐28一位早餐品種還行，28一個自助早餐也算很豐富了，不過煮雞蛋可能是不新鮮，味道有點怪，其他都還好。有免費停車，在湘鄉這樣的服務整體還算不錯了。

實在是無語，到前台搞了半個小時才説找到我們的訂單，問停車場位置讓我停車500米以外的雲門寺，因為定了三天想要二張房卡衹給一張另外一張是取電的，下去二次還是一樣給我取電的，這是逗人玩嗎？打電話下去説送上去也是沒個下文了，這服務不會再有下次了！

替朋友預訂的酒店，她十分的滿意，跟我説前台免費幫她升級了房型，還給她介紹了當地的特色美食，房間衞生很乾凈，被子厚度剛剛好，睡的很舒服，離店的時候急着趕高鐵，酒店還安排了商務車送去了高鐵站，真的是又舒適又方便

湘鄉城市雖小，景點蠻多，酒店附近有個千手觀音，曾國潘詩文島，交通很便利，酒店裝修以灰色紫色搭配，感觀很好，窗簾是自動的，床上用品好舒服，各種設施都挺好，服務也好。我挺喜歡的。

酒店很人性化，大廳休息區的沙發很舒服，坐下就倒了茶，可能這就是湘鄉人民的熱情吧。房間也寬，服務員送東西也很快。給個好評。

客房小姐姐服務非常好，主動，熱情，親和力很強，設施很齊全，十六樓有洗衣房和健身房，衞生也很好，位置在市中心，買東西很方便，馬路對面就有很多好吃的，還有免費的停車場，住的很舒服。

房間是原湘鄉賓館改造，隔音一般，廁所返味非常厲害。很臭，房間整體比較破舊單薄，空調面板顯示45℃，工作聲音奇大，沒辦法，半夜關掉了睡覺。早餐品類少，但粉還不錯。縣城入住三百多一晚真心性價比一般。

這幾天湖南降温了，沒想到酒店空調效果挺好的，暖暖的，衣服帶少了本想着會冷，還好比我預期的好多了，樓下就有好幾個奶茶店還有茶百道吃喝玩樂很方便，這酒店服務員也都比較熱情，住得舒服，推薦！
