第一上面標誌的投影設備，到了民宿一看然後沒有找到，問就是投影設備是電視，很離譜。第二熱水在晚上洗的時候，洗着洗着突然變成冷水，在詢問是什麼原因的時候，否定且含糊其辭。第三，一樓的空調在晚上的時候打不開，一樓冷得像冰窖一樣，二樓熱的像撒哈拉沙漠，那個自動模式特別特別的**。第四，還有這個地方説行李寄存就是讓你把行李撇在樓下保安的位置 。第五地板上的地皮都卡禿嚕皮了。第六，浴室的瓷磚還斷了一個小角他洗澡的時候 ，關不嚴還漏水。浴室裏麪的洗髮水沐浴露第一天也沒有還是第二天才送過來的。第七樓梯的扶手特別不穩特別松感覺隨時都能扶着倒在那個地上，真的有點崩潰。第八，這個位置感覺沒有那麼便利，離吾悦廣場近一點然後離襄陽站二十分鐘。

房間很舊了，沒有照片和視頻上好看，實際體驗差遠了，很多設施是壞的，廁所門鎖壞了 關不上門。
衞生不乾淨。退按金200不準時，説好十二點退，結果不按時退。
房東不誠信，問了房東説是廁所門是前一天剛壞的，但看之前客人評價早在8月就有人説廁所門是壞的。那麼要麼房東説謊，要麼就是他有大量同樣的房間都是設施壞了長期不修。這個房間舊，衞生不乾淨，不值得選擇，避雷。同樣價格在襄陽可以住到很多更好的房子了。
所謂的免費停車是馬路對面其它小區門口自己找位置，儘量避雷吧
