酒店新開的，還有一點裝修味，不過房間窗户很多，通風挺好的。這個套房還是不錯的，寬敞明亮、洗澡水也很好，設施不錯，停車方便。

房間挺好的，乾淨整潔，前台也熱情，附近也有好多吃的，就是我們是過年期間來住的，很多店都關門回家過年了，晚上還可以去鐘鼓樓逛逛，很熱鬧。

酒店前台客服熱情（夜班小美女），幫忙指引我們停車，還給我們升級了房間。客房衞生乾淨，值得推薦。下次來祥雲還住這酒店。

酒店房間挺大為止挺乾淨的。床上用品乾淨。床墊一般軟的。必竟價格便宜。才一百多塊錢。前台服務員很熱情。幫忙指導車位。

去的時候前台給升級了下房間，在祥雲當地來説酒店也算是比較新的，衞生間顯得簡陋些，對面就是人民醫院，吃的需要走些路，走的來説還是不錯。

房間衞生很好，床單、被套用網上教的方法看了，是新換的，沒有異味，很乾凈，傢俱設施看上去蠻新的，雖然沒有早餐，但是旁邊3、400米左右就有很幾家早餐店，味道還不錯，選擇還是多呢。這是本地人開的店，店家很實誠，不黑心，這點是根據我的經歷評價的。我定了2晚，因行程改變，提前一天退房，店家二活不説就同意了，一開始攜程網不給退款，後來聯繫了人工客服專員，店家跟他協調後，立即退了沒住那天的房費。有需要還是會選擇這家店的。
