一進入酒店，温馨舒適的環境瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住手續迅速又高效，還貼心地給女兒送上了一份可愛的小禮物，把她高興壞了，一下子就對這個地方充滿了好感 。 最讓我滿意的是酒店的服務。吃早餐時，女兒不小心把玩具落在了餐廳，工作人員發現後第一時間聯繫我們，並且妥善保管，真的特別暖心 。這次出來玩，女兒玩得開心，我也感到無比放鬆。以後出行，這裏一定還是我們的首選！

回程路上歇一下，在攜程網上定了這個酒店，地理位置還行，對面就是政府大樓，樓下附近吃的還有幾家店。酒店設施較舊，進入大堂就是一股二手煙味，前台登記讓給100按金，理由是房間裏面有消費品，在雲南近一個月了首次遇到收按金的，讓前台給一個取電卡，前台馬上説掉了扣50元，讓客人心裏不舒服，進了房間裏面也沒見到任何消費品，更奇葩的是次日上午退房時，出門就告訴樓層服務員退房了讓檢查，到樓下前台也呼叫樓層檢查了，最後還問你一句:你們沒有消費任何東西嗎？我反問她你房間裏面根本就沒任何消費品你不知道嗎？另一個趕緊圓場説有的有、有的沒有，這什麼管理和服務？！！ 早餐一般般。
