房間很乾凈，設施也挺好，床品都是新的，天冷了，房間暖氣很足，挺舒服的，難得有很大的大堂，可以坐着休息曬太陽，大巴車機場免費接送，服務人員也很熱情貼心。住的很好，下次還會訂這家店。

酒店衞生差，和家人一起住的，家人發現浴室發現還有跳蚤，地上還有好多頭髮，太恐怖了。再也不會去住這家。

這次定西安機場皇家酒店，性價比很高的酒店，房間非常乾淨，服務也非常到位，下次還會選擇這裏。地理位置好,交通方便,房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，房間設施齊全。房間設施新,床品舒服,總體物超所值，問過服務員才知道，皇家酒店去年從新裝修過，是一次非常滿意的體驗，值得推薦！
