This one is highly recommended for traveling to Luoyang. The first is that the environment downstairs is good. The parking lot is convenient and relatively large. The front desk service is warm. The river view of the room is unobstructed, the room is relatively large, I live on this 24-story view is super good. This is good from the scenic spot on the riverside. I searched for the old town houses near the scenic spot. The rooms are very cost-effective, and Luoyang is not big. It is very convenient to take a taxi downstairs. The hotel is very good, the same as the promotional picture. The service is really superb: I originally booked for two nights, but on the first night, my lover's foot was injured and I couldn't walk. I could end the trip early and check my body. After reflecting to Ctrip's customer service, the hotel immediately agreed to refund the room rate for the next day in full. The two young ladies at the front desk enthusiastically helped me find a nearby pharmacy to buy drugs late at night to avoid worsening the injury. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Luoyang. I wish the hotel business is booming and financial resources are abundant

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel is right next to the Grand Canyon No. 2 parking lot, which is convenient for entry and exit. The whole hotel is clean and tidy, the boss is amiable and the work is very efficient. The restaurant dishes are cheap and good, and they are large! Our three girlfriends live in a triple room with super cost-effective! We encountered trouble in Luoyang on the return trip, the boss enthusiastically helped us to make an appointment, the price is very fair! Give the hotel a 5-point evaluation. Recommend to stay at his hotel! You will feel very satisfied and warm!
