作為一個酒店，空調沒有暖風，問前台，前台態度非常差，説現在天氣熱了，就統一沒送暖風，可是現在晚上温度也很低，私心認為每一位顧客的體感都不同，無論他想不想要開空調，一個酒店得具備基本的供暖設施，而不能用你們的體感去衡量別人的體感。而且你們收費300元一晚，屬實是不算低。

設施：標準的四星級酒店，房間面積挺大，早餐很好吃。
衞生：衞生很乾凈，馬桶專門消了毒，還做了提示。
環境：離高鐵站很近，打車很快就到酒店了，酒店外觀很漂亮，大堂還有銀行的取款機，真的很用心了！
服務：前台服務員主動介紹了酒店有各種服務，囑咐我有任何需要隨時撥打前台，服務真的很贊👍🏻

酒店服務非常好。前台領班很熱情專業，為我辦理入住很快並交代早餐事宜。 房間寬敞整潔；設施齊全，衞生處理到位，客房服務員人也很熱情很有禮貌。 房間特別乾淨，衞生間也很好，茶水吧，書桌等設施使用方便。 淋浴洗漱熱水很給力，每個房間都有消毒，床單很乾凈，杯子很乾凈我很喜歡這個裝修風格房間房間很大，酒店設施也很新，還發現他們正在裝修升級

第一次來新晃，有幸選了晃州國際酒店入住，睡了一個好覺。酒店很棒很棒，標準間的床都有1米四，床墊軟硬適度被子也適合目前的氣温，房間很寬敞。去吃早餐時已經過九點了，品種依然還是很多的……

選擇這家酒店確實很可以，環境優雅，服務周到，讓我住的很開心，早餐種類很豐富，還有當地特色鍋巴粉，酒店設施也比較齊全還有健身房，也有自己的停車場可以免費停車，性價比很高的四星級酒店，房間也非常乾淨，前台小姐姐小堯也很熱情下次也還會選擇。
