"The B&B is in the park. It was already evening when we arrived. The park security kept saying that there were no parking spaces and would not allow cars to enter. We had to change to their battery car, but there were many and scattered luggage. I felt that this was very inconvenient. It is recommended to improve the parking environment. After entering, the attitude of the service staff was okay. Battery carts are available at any time, but the infrastructure is limited. The room view is also random. I booked a room a few weeks in advance and was assigned a room with an average view. The linen room downstairs was different from expectations. The standard of the double bed room is similar to a Samsung room. It rained that day and the chairs on the balcony were wet. I couldn't sit on it. I could only sit on the bed. The mattress made a chirping sound. The shower temperature was not very stable and sometimes it was hot and cold. The air conditioner was blowing towards my head, which was very unsanitary. Due to the careful maintenance, the breakfast was very, very limited and there were few seats. In the end, the solution was hastily at the bar. Anyway, I set my expectations too high before going and barely avoided the crowds during the holidays."

After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food. Moreover, the lady's service attitude was really good. The two ladies who helped with the check-in at the front desk were also very good. I don't know why my room card couldn't be swiped in, and she immediately went upstairs with me, saying that in case it couldn't be opened again, she would go upstairs with you~ Overall, the service was very good. I gave the hotel a little suggestion on the equipment and facilities. I believe that the ”AVANI” brand hotel will get better and better. At least it is good to give guests a warm and heartwarming attitude. 😌 Next time I come to Xinyi, I will continue to choose Huajian Avani Hotel"

This kind of weather is perfect for having a drink and cooking on the stove. Service: The young lady at the front desk, Xiao Li, is enthusiastic, considerate, and takes care of every detail. She took the initiative to contact us before checking in. She patiently answered many questions about the scenic spots and packages one by one. She was also caring after checking in. A very satisfying stay experience, I will come again next time☺️"

"景區設施和環境還沒完全竣工完善，現階段是試業中，山路很多彎彎繞繞，從廣州過來下高速後光是上山路就1個半小時，而且很多急轉彎，很考驗司機駕技。山景房視野還行，房間設施也過得去，但還是有待提高。最值得一提的是，民宿的小張師傅的服務態度真的很好，從到達停車場就一直在等，一天下來麻煩了他開電瓶車接送了好幾趟都很盡心盡力，而且事事有迴應件件有着落，是個眼裡有活的年輕人，幫忙訂了遊船，忙前忙後搬運行李，耐心細緻周到又體貼，很難得遇到這種令人滿分的客服人員！還有雲煙人家餐廳的那位年輕的男廚師小哥，做菜的口味很好，很晚才到店用餐，但對客人的口味要求也儘可能滿足，服務態度真的很好👍🏿這兩位的服務工作讓民宿客人體驗感拉滿加分，強烈建議民宿集團的管理層給這兩位小哥哥升職加薪！！！你們民宿的滿意度全靠這兩位拉高！！對這兩位的服務5星好評！！！"
