Amazing option if you arrive late at Zhengzhou airport or need to visit other city close to Zhengzhou, such as Xuchang. The service of hotel are very good, very nice structure. We got an upgrade and the room was amazing. Clean, big, and confortable. Highly recommend !!!

酒店升級了房間，因為晚上航班，延遲退房到下午4點，有車免費送機場，房間設施和裝修不錯，入住也非常舒適，這些都給客人很好的體驗，要改善的幾個地方，1.酒店入口不清晰，導致出租車找不到入口 2.早餐品種少，咖啡不錯 3.泳池在負1️⃣層，屬於室內而非户外那種能曬到陽光的，水質優良，説是恆温其實是常温 4.房間的沐浴液是固定裝，像假日智選酒店，有點拉低了檔次 5.酒店車司機沒有制服，不夠專業，但服務可以 6.如果不是趕飛機的客人一般不選這裏，周邊基本沒商業，不過酒店對面有小賣部和幾家餐廳

晚上10:20落地準時接機，入住很舒服，環境温馨，空調可以關，晚上安靜。早餐種類繁多大人孩子都滿意，泳池温度合適，就是小心地滑孩子摔了一跤，幸無事。忘帶泳帽了還有公共泳帽給提供。住了一晚中午離開，對五星酒店服務和設施都滿意，周邊打車也迅速，滿意。

住的挺滿意的。房間舒適，衞生做的很乾凈，工作人員都很熱情，前台服務很好。樂於提供各種幫助。還給房間做了免費升級，非常貼心。房間乾淨無異味，房間的設施也很新，設施都很齊全，該有的都有。衞生挺好的，酒店的床品睡着也很舒適，

預約了接機，凌晨一點半到了鄭州，沒有人接，電話酒店之後，酒店説，他們的接機是替我叫滴滴。
到時候鄭州衹有零度，我從20度的城市過去，穿了一件單衣。
全世界人民以為的接機是領了行李出來後，會看到我的名字，會有人帶我到停車場，下了車就是酒店正門。
可是鄭州航空港諾富特認為的接機是：客人到了以後，給他們打電話，他會會讓前台叫一輛滴滴，客人拖着行李到機場外面的網約車集合點，等酒店通知你車牌號，和司機捉迷藏找人。酒店不會在乎你當時的狀態：凌晨一點半，一個女生，穿了一件單衣，拖着行李，在零度的異鄉郊區，等車需要半個小時，周圍都是黑車司機一批批向你湧來。
並且，最終是我自己打的車，酒店並沒有報銷我的車費。
這就是我買的接機服務。

帶着孩子去玩，空調完全不管用，開了一晚上，還是25度。孩子熱的睡不着，凌晨4點給前台打電話，説空調是中央空調，温度開的不是很低，不能調，讓開窗户。。。。
