房東熱情好客，管家也很貼心，我們因路上遇大霧延遲到店，還幫忙佔車位，幫忙拿行李（走樓梯上2樓）。整個民宿很有設計感，情不自禁地拍照留念。整個民宿乾淨，整潔，床墊軟硬適中，設施都很新，特別是空調和淋浴都很好用，有專門的茶水間，備了糖果等零食，民宿附近有很多小吃（噠噠麪、豆花飯、線太爺米線、有味有道都吃了），步行5分鐘到卓達廣場，步行15分鐘到廊橋……因為住的舒服，所以雅安給我們的印象很好，下次有機會再來，還會選擇住鹿鳴。

到店的時候老闆剛好出去了，全程一個人開大門，一個人登記，一個人拿鑰匙找房間，第一次這樣就覺得好好玩兒，進到房間就覺得一百多的價格太值了，房間很香，雖然臨街但是玻璃隔音效果很好。晚上可以去旁邊的卓達廣場和川農的小吃街都很近。推薦！

精心評論下，在雅江超低性價比住房與雅安超高性價比房彷彿從地獄升到天堂般，從衞生間浩器選用的品牌高品質用具到毫米級誤差的裝修及考究裝簧飾件引起我好奇心認為業主是一位設計師，後來瞭解業主是房管局退休人員請熟悉設計師打造的，看到本人發佈訊息入住的旅友請愛護房間物品。另建議老闆把房間自色椅子換了免得客人放旅行箱弄臟難清潔！

衞生：非常乾淨 香薰也很好聞 房間香香的
設施：智能馬桶很好使 電視也可以看 一次性用品也好 應有盡有
環境：裝修很有感覺 環境很好 房間燈光也很舒服
服務：管家和店家態度都很好 早餐很好吃
可惜衹拍了早餐的圖片 但是房間環境和店家提供的一模一樣

酒店在菜市場附近，早上起來可以逛農民早市，買點農產品，離廊橋不遠，到蒙頂山和碧峯峽景區半小時車程。

旁邊不遠就是特別好吃的滎經撻撻麪
一定要去吃一下 出門五十米 特別方便
房間特別雅緻
對面是個幼兒園 早上稍微有點吵
但是整體非常棒 很喜歡的一家

民宿特別方便，離雅安廊橋和川農步行都衹有10分鐘，附近就有小吃一條街，對面是幼兒園。
原木日式裝修，設有公共茶室。空間不大，但精巧實用。雖然臨街，窗户很隔音，窗簾遮光性好，床墊和床上用品特別好。很多酒店的被蓋偏厚，這裏厚薄非常合適。我是個擇床的人，卻睡得很好。裝有中央空調，安靜，製冷效果好。
老闆菲兒姐和管家高孃都是温暖的人。

性價比非常高的一家民宿，交通位置非常方便，房間佈置的很有情調，很温馨，特別提到的應該是房間的衞生條件非常好，這是我至今住過所有民宿中最好的一家。
