Fuji Matsuzono Hotel

- Hygiene is a bit bad, mainly because 1. The hair dryer in the toilet is full of dust and cannot be used. 2. There is also a lot of dust on the TV cabinet and air conditioning panel. - Indoor environment: Except for hygiene, everything else is great. For example, the room is very large, much larger than hotels in Tokyo, and the suitcase can be unfolded hahaha. There is a shoe cabinet at the entrance of the room and a bathroom next to it. The main area is tatami. The bed, TV and small coffee table are on tatami, which is very unique. My husband and I didn't smell any peculiar smell. - Outdoor environment: The lake view is great! If you want to see the mountain view, you don’t have to book a mountain view room, because there are large windows on the stairs to take pictures of Mount Fuji🗻 - The service is very good. The ********* sisters at the front desk helped check in, introduced the surrounding restaurants and recreational facilities in detail, and also gave a cute and practical map. - The facilities are a bit old, but the toilet is a TOTO smart one and has everything it needs. - There are free hot springs on the first floor. There are separate public hot springs for men and women. I went to experience it! great!
Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka

Marriott staff welcomed us at the curb side. Check in was painless and soon we were off to our room. In room hot springs was a pleasant touch. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Even the Japanese pillows were soft and cozy. The food was top notch and catered to every taste. We opted for the dinner package—well worth the money. After dinner we rang for a late night massage…should have rethought that one. Asked for two therapist and got one. She had no clue what a massage was! Seriously!!! She literally poked at me with her finger tips. The pushed my head agains the pillow for ten minutes. Finally was had enough and she was dismissed with her full pay. Noted, she was not affiliated with the hotel, she was merely the lady they called. Please never call her again! Loved the hotel and the view. A must for anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

Big spacious room with a mix of western bed and another area of ryokan style tatami mats. Love the coffee and breakfast. There is an onsen which guests could reserve for an hour.
Yamanakako Shuzanso

Because it is the off-season, the hotel has only one group of guests. Haha. The feeling of being a private party. Although there is only one group of guests, there is absolutely no feeling of desertion. The hotel is still bright and the breakfast is of course exclusive. This hotel is not very convenient for transportation. However, the hotel will have a car transfer, you need to call in advance, it is the best hotel for photographers!
Hotel Mt. Fuji

Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 / 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.
Human Resort

It was cold near Lake Yamanaka, so the pension staff took care of me and changed it from the dome type to the accommodation in the building without additional charge. It felt very good and I was able to spend it comfortably. There is no nightwear and it is cold in winter, so I recommend warm clothes. The room is very large, but it is enough to sleep. I made a plan that does not include breakfast, but there were about 2 cafes nearby from the morning, so there was no particular inconvenience. I would like to use it again.
