到店後，前台嘀咕一句，沒淸掃好的房間，然後我的電話收到一條短訊：訂單變更，拿到房卡到了最後面的7046房間，房間設施很好，院子裏的風機嗡嗡嗡一直在響，關窗後聲音依然很大，以為晚上就停了，結果是一晚上持續在響，無法入睡，凌晨4點果斷退房，500多元買了個教訓，攜程訂房最失敗的一次

隔音太差太差了，隔壁房間説話聽的清清楚楚，一整夜吵的無法入睡，這樣的酒店竟然國慶期間600一晚，差評

算是本次出行住的最舒服的房間。差評是給酒店大廳人員，入住後長者出去轉轉回來時被大廳人員盤問，這麼多人進進出出，不問別人，太過分了吧？還指責不是本地人，本地人誰住酒店？退房時也不告知可以離開，一直在前台等着。不問也不説可以離開。

對待散客服務態度差，高高在上的氣質，作為窗口行業實在有損老區形象。建議不要接待散客，專職服務於團體。早飯種類口味不説也罷，關鍵不像當天製作的。

大堂確實很氣派，不過姐姐們的態度就不太符合這個星級了，不熱情，也沒有笑容。房間不大，典型的旅遊城市酒店。早餐就不太值得去購買了。
