"It's best. I don't want to be known to Koreans. Hot spring water to relieve skin disease and fantastic breakfast are also delicious kaiseki dishes. I really like it. 2nd visit"
"Hygiene: The room is large and clean, obviously newly renovated
Environment: There are not many rooms in the hotel, very quiet and comfortable, the courtyard is especially great! Especially at night when there are not many people, you can stay in a daze for a long time!
Service: The hotel staff is very polite, the hotel has free drinks in the morning and evening, which can be taken at will and brought back to the room
Facilities: The hotel is in the center of Yanagawa, Tachibana Mansion is very good, and the hotel does not have a hot spring♨️
In short, it is worthy of being the home of the Lord of Yanagawa!"
"Great venue for a quiet holiday and enjoying hot spring bath. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor bath without paying extra. We enjoyed very much the private bath which can be reserved with an extra ¥2000. Room is large with a Japanese style sitting lounge. The toilet/bathroom is quite old but most important it's clean. The public laundry has two washing machines available for guest's use, but the room is not cleaned properly and the washing machines are quite old. That's the main set back after all. Overall it's a nice place with walking distance to boat ride and eel restaurants and tourist attractions."

"Recommend. Small room, but convenient. Staff very kind and helpful too. Parking is 100m away at overnight parking lot.
Free 24hour coffee, tea and sodas. Sparkling wine in the evening."
"Route Inn Yanagawa Ekimae offers well-appointed rooms with refined décor and full amenities. However, the interior space is somewhat cramped, and the parking guidance is not clear enough, which I hope can be improved in the future. The hotel is conveniently located near Yanagawa Station. This unique journey, while not without its quirks, is still worth a visit. The interior design is considered rather practical, and I look forward to more exceptional service in the future. For those with a sufficient budget and an appreciation for unique hotels, Route Inn Yanagawa Ekimae remains a worthy consideration. It is more than just a stay; it's a journey for relaxation, and I anticipate an even more perfect experience in the future."
"The Room with Japanese Garden located on Ground floor overlooking a magnificent indoor well curated and groomed Japanese Garden from the tatami floored Living room area and balcony seating area where guests can relax and enjoy with a peaceful mind. At nite they even have flood lights!
The room is spacious in 3 pax unit. Public bath is nice and clean but close so early at 9PM!! The breakfast was decently delicious and simple. Staff serving breakfast was kind and friendly.
The front desk staffs were nice and check out time is strictly 10AM and any extra quarter or half hour will be charged accordingly!! That’s sad…"

"A traditional ryokan in a good location close to many restaurants. It is an older establishment but was still very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. She made a beautiful breakfast for us which included smoked eel which is traditional for the area. We would stay again if we visited Yanagawa again."
"I wanted a ryokan that could feel the traditional Japanese scent, not a hotel like a chain store that is common these days, but it was the ryokan I was looking for. At first, I was a little worried when I saw the article that the ryokan boss couldn't speak English in the latter half, but I communicated without any problems. Most of the hotels were very small, but the rooms were very spacious, and it seems that it has always achieved my romance only in dramas and comics. Personally, I was the most satisfied person who traveled back and forth several times in Japan. It was a hostel. Not to mention cleanliness.
And the Japanese food that I had for breakfast is still in my head.
I want to eat dinner next time I visit! ♡"

GGuest UserI stayed here while sightseeing in Yanagawa.
It's conveniently located near the station.
There are no convenience stores nearby so I bought water from a vending machine.
The building is old, but it felt like I was visiting my grandmother's house.
There was a bath area so I could take a long soak in the tub and it was nice that there were also two shower booths.
The toilets and washrooms were clean.
However, I couldn't find a hairdryer (maybe you can borrow one from the front desk?), so I let my hair dry naturally.
There was nothing good or bad around the area, and the stars were beautiful at night, which was nice.
