"The facilities were old, but the room was very clean.
The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were very kind.
I called the front desk to confirm check-in time, but they were short-staffed and did not answer, but other than that it was perfect.
I stayed alone on business. My reservation for one person was not communicated, so I was charged the hot spring tax for two people.
When I explained the situation, they corrected it to one person, but I would have liked them to respond more clearly based on the guest name at the time of booking.
There is a problem with trip.com's reservation specifications and I would like them to improve it."

"It was fine, even has a small onsen and washing machines. The location very much feels like the middle of nowhere! A few local restaurants and convenience stores nearby but not much else.
The cleanliness of the toilets on the first floor could be improved."
