環境古樸雅緻，曲經通幽，工作人員熱心，尤其前台肖美女和另一個帥哥認真負責，房務總監專業，感謝帶給我們美好的回憶！！早餐品質很好，唯一的缺點就是位餐對與大胃王來説量少了點。😁😁😁

到景區門口有酒店小車來接，退房也可以讓酒店送到景區門口，辦理完入住有酒店人員引導去房間還會和你説下怎麼操作池子放水排水，我是在酒店用晚餐，酒店前台妹子會給我介紹，服務是真的沒話説，房間設施新開業的都很好，前台小劉我辦完退房，給我小禮品還送我出酒店，總體我很滿意，期待下次別漲價我還會來

自從被南京頤和公館種草後，對這個國貨品牌還是很看好的，正好看到頤和來到了鹽城，五一立馬拖家帶口來體驗江南水鄉的頤和。這家的環境優雅美麗，小橋流水，閣樓環繞，風光秀麗！再説一下服務，絕對屬於國內一流，隨叫隨到的接駁車小潘，熱情周到的管家孫莉，關懷備至的總監侯闖、以及為我們在萬國春吃飯時服務得無微不至的張婷，絕對給頤和湖畔加分不少！對酒店的洗漱用品也很喜歡，甜橙、檸檬草、金盞花組成的配方健康乾淨，帶着一絲絲的香甜。再次感謝頤和湖畔熱情貼心的服務，長者孩子都很喜歡💕，有機會下次一定再來😊！

酒店就在景區內湖邊，非常便利，生態環境非常好。房型升級了湖景套房，遠眺登瀛閣，景色宜人。雖然房間電子設備有點小問題，但房務經理侯總得知後非常上心，積極協調解決，親自接送我們去景區各個景點，安排餐廳，還送了我們遊船，切切實實讓人體會到了賓至如歸👍

再次來到大洋灣看櫻花，今年又沒選好最佳時間，今年天氣回暖的晚，櫻花基本沒開，而且還下大雨，還好有美貌的頤和湖畔彌補，張經理提前就加了微信對接各項事宜，入住後碰到的小肖和小蒲等美女服務也都很貼心，酒店的温泉也是一如既往的超級贊，讓我們從入住一直在酒店泡到退房的這一段酒店遊感受也很完美。
第二天終於不下雨了，退房後酒店的美女還接送櫻花園，拍到了僅有的幾顆開了花的樹😂😂在再定了個酒店的遊船大洋灣一號，98一位帶茶點，環湖一圈，棒棒噠～

真是一次超值的入住體驗！酒店坐落在大洋灣景區內，風景宜人，私密性也好。整個酒店 20幾間房隱藏在亭台樓閣山水之中，讓人心曠神怡。
酒店的房間鑰匙是當地特色鹽雕的丹頂鶴，床品也都是刺綉的丹頂鶴，清麗雅緻。私湯的電腦面板操作非常方便，一鍵注水很快就可以享受私密的庭院泡池。早餐還可以送進房間，特色魚湯麪真的鮮美。這次遇到酒店給我們服務的張經理和小肖，還有前台以及餐廳的其他員工，每個人都彬彬有禮，微笑服務，想客人所想。真是一次無比舒心的體驗。已經推薦了酒店給同事和盆友，下次還要再去入住體驗。

過年帶父母來鹽城度假，選了當地評價top的温泉度假酒店，體驗下來果然名不虛傳。無論硬件還是服務都堪稱一流，房間有膠囊咖啡機太加分了。我訂的兩間大床私湯房，其中一間升級了套房，帶院子非常大，温泉在院子裏，私密性很好。值得一提的是房間有地暖，比空調要舒服很多，而且温泉不限次數一鍵放水排水很方便。我臨出發才發現買的套餐裏有午餐，路上工作人員幫忙溝通餐廳和包間，到了就吃上了，特別用心。白天就帶家人在景區散散步，看節目，劃劃船，一家人輕鬆開心，酒店有到景點各個門的接駁車，也是一個很便利的點，晚上的外賣也是服務人員送到房間，非常貼心。過年期間景區剛好有煙花，住店客人在長廊就能看到，不需去現場人擠人，看完回去再泡個温泉睡覺，很愜意。酒店的早餐品種不算多，但是精緻品質好。當地特色長魚麪和雞蛋餅做出來熱乎乎的很好吃。非常感謝住店期間和我對接的張經理，小肖和小蒲，因為你們的用心服務，我和家人度過了愉快的假期，還有離店時候遇到的客房侯經理，後面再來再聯繫。總體來説整個店的氛圍非常好，而且很大氣，攜程上寫的接駁車僅第一天提供，到店禮品衹有二月十號前有。但是我們住店第二天也用了接駁車，離店也送了禮品。這樣的細節給我的印象非常好，後面有機會再來。
