The owner is a young couple who are very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is newly opened and it is very new and very emotional. It is suitable for parents and children and couples. There is free parking at the entrance. It is about 200 meters away from Fangte. You can see it when you stand at the hotel. 就在方特停車場附近，周圍是小區，好多吃早點地方，不用擔心餓肚子。老闆人好，退房特別方便衹需要把房卡放在樓下就行，門口有停車位，整體五星

位置：距離方特非常近，在店門口就能看到方特停車場，從停車場往南穿過去就到了，步行五六分鐘。因為旁邊就是居民小區，所以飯館便利店什麼的很方便，衹要在飯點，隨時可以吃飯，晚上看完夜場回去也有飯。 環境：環境很乾凈，老闆還特意升了樓上的房間，價格也合適，很適合到方特玩暫住歇腳的朋友們。

房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，入住放心，周邊交通出行方便。隔音好，空調涼爽，睡得很安穩。出去周邊有很多飯店、超市、小吃車，一開始還擔心沒有吃飯的地方。 老闆姐姐人也很好，酒店也很好，整個入住過程愉快的且放心，房間的佈局簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！！！

離方特很近，價格便宜，雖然是民宿，但房間非常乾淨，前台服務態度好

非常好，推薦大家去方特玩一定住這裏，出門左轉五分鐘就到，出門往右走就有便利店，飯館，早點店，非常方便，而且很乾凈整潔，空調涼快，熱水用起來也方便。老闆人也很熱心，我們有小朋友，老闆還平價給我們升級了房間，強烈安利，都去他家，這麼好的酒店不允許大家不去！！！
