The location and facilities are good, but cleaning!! I see a lot of dirty things

There are many E-Marts and shopping malls nearby, so it is easy to eat or buy dinner, and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. Very good for business trip

Hotel Lesign is a clean, modern and pleasant hotel in the best part of Yangsan. It is near many restaurants, shopping and parks. The staff is extremely kind and very good at their job. There are only two things that management could improve on. The breakfast was too simple: toast, cereal, and microwave noodle bowls with coffee and juice. Some hot scrambled eggs and oatmeal would be a nice addition. I know this is a Korean thing, but allowing the dirty shower waste water to flood the bathroom and my clean feet is really gross. Please install a lip on the floor below the shower door to contain the waste water. Other than that, it is a great hotel!

Hotel was fine, staff generally friendly/helpful. Didn't like that there are no shelves to put your clothes anywhere, water from shower leaks under door and all over bathroom floor so it stays wet all day, can't have hands free shower as handheld shower head is mounted too low, and the only place to put soap/shampoos is on the shower floor. Heated floors are nice, and self opening/closing curtains are cool.

It was one of the best hotel in this city. Though service and maintenance were not enough, it is still very nice accomodation.

There were some hairs of similar length on the floor and bedding. The floor is structured so that water from the shower room flows outward and into the drain under the sink, so after showering, the entire bathroom floor is wet.

Two women stayed here for two days. It was close to the station and there were many restaurants in front of the hotel. The people at the front desk didn't understand Japanese, so it would be a good idea to have the papago app ready. Both women and men have nice smiles, are pleasant, and kind. We can have fun conversations. The room is clean. The bathtub is large and there is also a shower room. I liked the shampoo and conditioner amenities. Since the price was so reasonable, I thought I would not be included in the cleaning, but when I returned, the towels and water had been replenished. What was disappointing was the morning. Cup noodles with a spiciness level of 2 to 5, cereal, hard bread, and for some reason boiled brown all the way through*. Milk, orange juice and tasteless coffee. But at this price, I guess it can't be helped. If I have a chance, I would like to use it again.

It's clean. The bathroom is also of hotel quality. Soundproofing seems to be good, and the desk is particularly deep, so I highly recommend it to anyone who has to work on a laptop while on a business trip.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The bathroom door was also stiff and hard to open or close. Because of the smell of cigarette smoke, they changed me to another room, but I wonder if that room was cleaned. There were pieces of shrimp crackers on the floor and leftover ice cream in the refrigerator. The bedding was clean and comfortable..^^
