The hotel lobby is beautiful, the front desk service is great, and the room is clean, comfortable, and well-lit.

Traveling from Yingde Town to Mangshan Wuzhifeng, I found this hotel conveniently located in Yangshan and decided to stay for a night. It's quite good to have such a decent hotel in the county town for a stopover. While Country Garden might be good at real estate, their hotel management seems to be mediocre. My check-in experience was just okay. The room was clean and hygienic, but overall, the layout felt illogical and inconvenient to use. The carpets in the hallway and room also seemed impractical. I have to complain about the breakfast. It felt like they were trying too hard to cut costs. There were only a few yogurts and a tiny bit of fruit, as if they were afraid guests would eat too much. It was a bit too stingy.

Stayed at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel for a business trip and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to rest and work without disturbance. I particularly want to commend the front desk service – they were enthusiastic, professional, and handled check-in quickly and efficiently. Their attitude was exceptionally good and made me feel well taken care of. It's a great choice for business travel, highly recommended!

I stayed here for a competition. The bath towels smelled of disinfectant, and the table had a layer of grime. The front desk staff seemed to struggle with understanding, and the soundproofing in the room was terrible; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. Overall, this definitely doesn't live up to a 5-star standard. It was a terrible experience.

Well situated as there are 2 supermarkets very near the hotel. Breakfast spread is also good.

This feels like an older five-star hotel. The room was very large and spacious, and even had a balcony. The surroundings were very quiet and the environment was pleasant. They even included breakfast during the ***** New Year, which was quite good. Definitely worth a return visit.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, proactively helping with luggage upon arrival, and were always there whenever we needed anything. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean, amenities were replenished promptly, and everyone was so kind and patient. You could really feel the welcoming hospitality everywhere. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The hotel itself was fine; the room was large, had a balcony, and was quiet and comfortable. The only issue was that the hotel had an event that day, and there were too many cars (with no entry restrictions). This meant guests had to spend a lot of time looking for parking. I suggest they improve management and charge temporary visitors for parking to limit access.

The hotel facilities are excellent! The staff are very helpful and provide excellent service! The environment is beautiful, the facilities are complete, it's a super five-star hotel, and they even upgraded my room. The room had a great ceiling and a great view, and I slept very well that night.

The hotel is very nice; the Country Garden-style decor is very relaxing. The room also has a refrigerator, and the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location is great, very close to the highway exit!

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, but well maintained. Cleanliness: Quite clean. Environment: Very good, very quiet. Service: The staff are all very warm and polite, especially Huang Hejiao at the front desk, who not only answers all questions but also proactively and enthusiastically introduces the beautiful scenery and delicious food of Yangshan.

This place was an excellent choice for my business trip. The location was superb, close to where I needed to go. The room was clean and quiet, and the facilities were well-maintained, allowing me to get a good rest. A five-star review is a must!

Extremely satisfied, great value for money, the receptionist was gentle and easy to communicate with, the breakfast was quite varied and plentiful, and the location was centrally located, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
