The service was not bad , amenities are ok . Loved that we were able to watch English movies on their TV . It’s a pretty decent hotel . It was just frustrating and so annoying how other guests tried to take us pictures continuously! Their breakfast is more of a Chinese breakfast. It’s not so far from the West street too .

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to West Street. The guy at the front desk is handsome and patient. He basically told me everything I asked. There is a tourism depar**ent next to it where I can get free consultation for any tourism questions.

There is a parking lot and a place to eat. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to West Street. The sanitation needs to be improved. There is garbage everywhere and dirty things sticky on the furniture. Overall, it is acceptable.

On the day of check-in, I don't know what happened. The room card couldn't open the room. I asked the front desk what was going on. She said she didn't know and asked the aunt to open the door for us. The next day, we delayed check-out until 2 pm. At noon, we returned to the hotel and found that the door couldn't be opened. We went to the front desk to change the card. As a result, it still couldn't be opened. We went to the front desk on the first floor again. The front desk didn't say what the reason was, but asked someone to open the door for us. The experience we had was not very good.
