Hotels Near Xianggong Mountain in Yangshuo

We stayed in Xingping for three nights, one of which was near the entrance of the ancient town at the bus station (convenient for climbing Laozhai Mountain a few hundred meters away), and we booked Yunjian Qianmo for the next two nights. The boss upgraded the room type when I checked in. The hardware of the room and the environment of the hotel were impeccable. When I first booked the hotel, I was worried that it would be inconvenient to travel in the mountains, but it turned out that this place is a quiet and convenient place to escape from the chaos. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and tourists, even if you sleep with the windows open, you can only hear the chirping of birds and the chirping of insects. Renting an electric car from the B&B is very convenient and can be used throughout your stay. It is only a few minutes away from the main road and very close to Ergendi Pier, which we think is the most fun. We went to watch the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the early morning, where we went on a two-person inflatable kayak for 50 yuan an hour, and took photos with the old fisherman’s osprey (10 yuan for two people). In the end, before leaving, he used his own car to take us to a place where we could easily take a taxi. Such a considerate reception made us feel like we were visiting relatives rather than traveling. Very cost-effective, highly recommended.

Beautiful property near the 20 RMB spot. The service folks went above and beyond. Because this hotel is located near XiPing ancient town, there was free pick up and drop off from the hotel staff in the surrounding area like the railway station or XiPing Ancient Town. The hotel staff also coordinated activities for us for a fair price. The hotel staff treated us like we were family, suggesting itineraries and sending us reminders to visit around Guilin/Yangshuo area. I would stay again and highly recommend!!

The room I bought included breakfast, and I ate on the first floor of the store. The Guilin rice noodles cooked tasted very good to my Cantonese appetite😁 The store owner was very nice, always smiling and answering, and also helped with luggage. As for the location, I think it can meet my needs. It is close to the town center block, or the 20-yuan background viewing platform, the cruise ship pier, and the bamboo raft pier. You can walk there, and you don’t need to rent an electric car. In short, it is very cost-effective and a very good experience! It is worth writing so many words, and I feel inspired🤭🤭

I just collected several four-star standard hotels, and finally chose Bixi, because this hotel includes free high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off. When I arrive in a new city, I hate all kinds of black cars when I leave the station. I feel much more at ease when someone picks me up. The high-speed rail will arrive in 20 minutes, and the boss called to say that he has arrived and will wait. He picked me up with the hotel sign, which is very enthusiastic. The floor-to-ceiling windows with 270-degree views make it very comfortable to sit on the sofa chair. There are various restaurants downstairs. The ** group meal for two is only 100 yuan, so you don’t have to worry about being ripped off. The location is very good. The downstairs is very prosperous. There are also Luckin Coffee and Snow King in the town. The location is good. There is a big slide on the second floor of the hotel as soon as you enter the door, and there is also an ocean ball pool, which is good and has good parent-child facilities. The room decoration is also benchmarked against the all-seasons, and there are disposable bath towels, towels, and pillows inside, which feels very hygienic and clean. Because I brought a child, I asked for an extra bath towel, and the front desk asked the robot to deliver it, and also sent two more bottles of water, which was very considerate. The hotel price is only 100 yuan more expensive than usual (the boss has a big pattern) The staff are also very patient and answer many travel questions. If you want to take the electric bamboo raft on the Li River, you can buy it in advance on Ctrip or **. You can pick up the ticket at the same pizza shop. It costs 160 yuan per adult with a round-trip electric ticket. Children are half price. If you don’t want to buy a ticket, you can also walk from the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to get there. It costs 20 yuan to check in. Remember not to take pictures on the roadside. There is a standard check-in place when queuing for the bamboo raft. It costs 30 yuan per photo. The only thing is that there is no breakfast, but it is very convenient to have breakfast downstairs. I have recommended it to my friends. Your place will be my first choice next time I come here

The room is great, facing the ancient town and old street but very quiet. Living on the 5th floor, nice mountain view. The B&B has about 8 rooms in total, and it actually has an elevator, which is very surprising. The front hotel faces the street, and behind it is a small tributary of the Li River. Turn left and go all the way to Xingping Pier. After crossing the bridge and walking for 15 minutes, there are many places where you can take background photos for 20 yuan. There is no charge for taking pictures with your own mobile phone.

Lovely view of the mountains - clean and nicely furnished rooms, providing good value for a stay amongst the dramatic karst landscape. Power outage did happen twice within the neighbourhood though and no real explanation for it was provided … but overall we enjoyed our time here.

The pros and cons of this B&B are both outstanding. Let’s talk about the advantages first: the room is spacious and clean. The facilities are new and smell-free. The staff are also friendly. Let’s talk about the shortcomings (self-driving people can skip this section): the location of the B&B is a bit remote. The B&B is located in the deepest part of an alley that requires many turns left and right. Fortunately, the B&B has signs on the corners to guide you, otherwise it would be difficult to find. The road condition in the alley is very poor and uneven. And it’s an uphill road. After a lot of hard work, we two elders finally arrived at the front desk of the B&B with our suitcases. We remembered online reviews saying that the B&B provides free high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off services, so we tried to ask about it. The B&B’s reply: Now that the house prices are low, they no longer provide free pick-up and drop-off services.

THE best hotel room I've ever stayed in in my life. Whether in France, Italy, Denmark, Canada, China or any country I've visited, the hotel room I had in this hotel is the BEST. It's brand new and just perfect, I don't even have anything else to say 😅 Staff was overall great and it's only 10RMB to go to the Xingping by Didi (the room will be worth it trust me). 10/10 would recommend I'd live there if I could. I quite literally took pictures and videos as reference for my house 😂
