前台未按訂單給房，提出後解決方案非常無理。毫無誠意
餐飲衞生很差，菜裏面居然有吃出蒼蠅，雖然誠意滿滿給了折扣，心情影響的確佷大

長江大酒店是河豚之城揚中第一家四星級酒店，建於2013年，地處市中心，13層樓高，想當年必定是很氣派的存在了。房間陳設是中式風格，硬件維護的不錯，毛巾比較舊了。早餐豐富種類多，客房服務周到，晚上還有歡迎水果。

正巧遇見楊經理，非常熱情，讓人非常舒心。住了3天，商務雙床房，非常乾淨，每天有不同種類的水果，中間還換了一次床單被罩。有機會再來揚中還住在此處。

酒店房間很大，停車方便，設施設備還行，服務也不錯。選這家酒店的原因主要是因為離滙豐河豚館很近，步行也就五分鐘，到揚中肯定要吃河豚啊。要吐槽的是酒店的網絡實在太差了。

設施略微舊了點，但是服務好，空調好，早餐好。地理位置很優越，附近就是一家蘇果超市，去揚子和中央商場都很近，離同心路的美食一條街也很近，很舒適便捷！

總體不錯，值得推薦，有的地方需要改進。床太軟，不舒服，可能我習慣睡硬點的吧。空調風吹出來有點味道，希望清洗一下。前台服務有點手忙腳亂，希望加強培訓。

設施有些陳舊，但是維護保養的都很好，衞生到位，服務人員服務態度和意識都達到了五星級標準。會主動幫忙開門和送行李到客房。值得稱讚和推薦！
