The little brother at the front desk was really nice and upgraded the room for me. The room is very clean and tidy, almost brand new, and the hotel supplies are all available, a very satisfying experience!

別來，建議千萬別來，一進這個公寓就感覺環境十分壓抑，陰暗，電梯跟**似的，本來訂的房間進去之後地板非常臟全是黑色的印子，不知道是煙頭什麼的燙出來的痕跡，反正感覺很不適，聯繫客服加錢換了個房間，還行吧，但是也非常離譜，浴室的門被洗衣機擋住，根本移不開，連洗澡都沒辦法洗，還有給我辦入住的時候身份證什麼的也沒登記，感覺非常不正規，建議大家避雷避雷，旅遊一趟出來對揚州太失望了，趁早換地方住了

房間很乾凈，視野也很廣闊，電視很大，很方便，可以看電視，位置也很好，在一個廣場裏面吃的很方便，樓下還有揚大酸奶可以買，喜歡，下次還來！

人生中第一次給住宿差評，住宿環境和設施是真的讓人很失望，不值得這個價格。
1.房型實際裝修和頁面詳情圖片不符。（能忍）
老闆解釋説是這個房型有不同的裝修，但是的確詳情頁上沒找到我住的這套的圖片，實物完全沒有圖片那麼好看。
2.衞生差，設施壞，洗漱用品沒及時補充。（不太能忍）
沙發不僅與實物圖不一樣，還臟。衞生間小花灑是松的，無法固定，大花灑水壓不夠也用不了，最後全程手握淋浴。衞生間乾濕分離的門中有道縫，洗澡的水全都流出來差點滑倒。洗手液是空的沒有補充。
3.房間隔音效果極差！（真的忍不了）
差到什麼程度呢？隔壁房間的動靜聽的一清二楚，凌晨頻繁開關門的聲音，説話的聲音，洗澡的聲音，還有真的活久見無法忍受的聲音見下方上傳的視頻！（音量開到最大聽）一共就住了2晚，竟然這2天每天晚上隔壁都這麼吵，從12點開始一直吵到凌晨兩三點，導致我們睡眠不足一晚上能被吵醒4、5次，每天衹能睡5個小時，直接影響第二天遊玩狀態。
總結：前幾年來揚州住的一百多的民宿也沒有這麼差的體驗，疫情過去了旅遊旺期價格上漲可以理解，但是花三四倍的價格買這麼差的體驗真的感覺自己是大怨種。希望老闆可以針對性的做出一些整改，有利於未來民宿業的持續發展。
