Hotels in Yasmine Hammamet

I recently stayed at Hotel Tui Magic Life during a business trip and I was extremely pleased with my experience. This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city centre and offers easy access to the main tourist attractions and business districts. The hotel's facilities are modern and well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing repairing sleep nights after long working days. The reception staff were warm, professional and always ready to answer my requests. The room service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant staff were careful at my needs during meals. The hotel also offers a range of facilities and services to make the stay even more pleasant, including a well-equipped sports room, a relaxing spa and a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options for all tastes. In general, my stay at the Hotel was fantastic and I strongly recommend it to all those who are looking for a quality accommodation when visiting the region.

I'll call this 4.5 stars rounded up. I was here for a business trip, so will also mention the aspect of having a meeting at the Russelior. ROOM: I'd give my room 4 stars. It was super comfortable. I was fortunate to have a small balcony, and sat out there almost every day after breakfast to read for a bit before needing to go to work. I requested cleaning several times (not every day), and was very happy with the job they did with that. The bathroom and WC are like what one would find outside of the US -- shower, bath and sink in one place, toilet in the other. I agree with a review I read that the WC is funk because of how the door is placed; it's challenging to close the door. Cons in the room: Lighting is very low, especially in the bathroom. I imagine this is to hide the fact that some upgrades are needed in the bathroom -- but everything worked and was clean. DINING ROOM: There are tons of options at every meal, including authentic Tunisian dishes. Staff: 500 stars. What a lovely group of individuals! Aside from preparing and serving dishes, they taught me a bit of Tunisian every day. I wasn't just greeted politely at each meal, I was treated warmly. They recognized me, and by day 3, I'd come in to breakfast and they knew which table I was making a bee-line for; they'd be ready with coffee the way I like it, etc. Great senses of humor and wonderful service. The food is seafood heavy -- and the staff remembered I have a seafood allergy, so they'd point to the dishes I could have each day. They put a range of salads out as well. RECEPTION/OTHER STAFF: Wonderful. The front desk team was very helpful throughout the week. The hotel was spotless, and we saw people cleaning at all hours of the day. BUSINESS SETUP: We had reliable WiFi the whole week. We used a smaller meeting room, and again, the staff brought everything we needed. Tech was super easy to use. They came to clean when we were on breaks. Overall really good. I didn't experience the spa or the pool -- it was too cold to be outside by the pool, and we were too busy to take advantage of the spa! But if I am able to get back to Tunisia, I think I'd stay here again. [ONE THING: This is about Tunisia, not about this hotel -- but I wasn't prepared for how many people smoke cigarettes here. The hotel rooms are non-smoking, but people smoke on their balconies, as well as outside on the pool level. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, I'd recommend you tell reception that when you make a reservation so they can hopefully get you to a room that isn't over a gathering area!

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

good service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

Firstly, My partner would like me to express our gratitude to Fekhri who works at the pool bar. He made our holiday so special with his attentiveness and his professional approach. He is a credit to the hotel. Animation team really good and remember your names. Tete, Bobo, Su su involved us in games and card tricks and Tete left me mesmerised. No matter who you met, from reception, restaurant, animation team, cleaners/maids, garden/grounds maintenance and bar staff, you always received a smile and a chat. 😁 Fabulous holiday and lots of lovely memories. We both liked Hammemet Yasmine area of Tunisia. The Averroes didn't disappoint and exceeded our expectations. Pirate ship was great fun and so glad we booked with Sammia near the marina. (next to the little water and ice cream kiosk on the sea side of the road) Lovely guy and not pushy. Price was much cheaper than booking at the hotel. Few tips: make sure you have lots of very high factor suncream. Don't rely on buying it there as it's not very good especially the sun milk. Don't change more money than you need in resort, because to our dismay, you can't spend it in the airport! Oh and don't buy their airport food it's expensive and inedible. Take meds for anti diarrhea as most people were affected. Hotel spotless and food good so no detriment. The heat of high 40's and climate most likely the cause. If travelling with easyjet the only point of contact is on a small plastic board near reception. Phone number and QR code. You get a text the day before departure informing you of the pick up time. We love Tunisia and it's people and would return to a different region to explore 🌞♥️🐫 We never return to the same hotel but this is one of our favourite ones.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff at this hotel. We was welcomed the first day and over the 10 days the staff all got to know us and went out thier way to help. The cleaning staff was amazing, the cheif in the kitchen made sure our children had food they liked. The bar staff would bring us drinks and remembered our orders. The entertainment staff was all amazing aswell Gogo and Momo had lots of fun with our family and made the trip very enjoyable. We went on day trips out to the camel rides, pirate boat, quads and shopping which was arranged by Samir. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Pros: Good size room, which was clean and comfortable. Porters, waiters and housekeeping very friendly. Great sea view. Small private beach Cons: Not 1 member of staff speaks fluent English. Which means you can't get any assistance. Hotel looks a bit tired. Pool area very dirty, cigarette butts, cotton buds etc around poolside. Most sunbeds have no cushions available. All inclusive is not worth the money, very limited drinks. I don't drink alcohol or soda, so had water all week as no juices or mixers. Food in restaurant not labelled so no idea what you were eating and noone to ask as noone speaks English. Avoid asking for a sea view as these rooms are all above the nightclub, which is supposed to finish at 2am but was still blaring til 3.30am most mornings. Food very samey, I'm not a fussy eater but struggled to stay 'excited' probably had 2 really good meals in 10 days. We were the only British people in the Hotel, mostly North African and clearly catered for them. We had 6 days in which the hotel/dining rooms were overrun with guests attending conferences. Would definitely not recommend for a relaxing holiday. Would not recommend the Yasmine Hammamet area. Go to Sousse I hear it's great there ☺️
