예약한 룸이 아니였는데 호텔측 잘못이 아니라해도 대응이 좋지 않았음. 예약사이트와 전화도 해본다하지만 고객이 먼저 알아보고 처리하였고 기다리는 시간도 아까웠음. 체크인부터 좋지 않은 기분이 들었음.

악취가 너무 심하게 났습니다. 방을 바꿨는데도 또 악취가 났어요. 하수구 냄새인지, 나무 냄새인지 모르겠지만 악취가 나서 처음에 입장할 때 불쾌했습니다. 환기를 시키고 에어컨을 좀 트니깐 괜찮았지만, 화장실 쪽에서 계속 물냄새가 났습니다. 4성급이라고는 믿기지 않는 청결에 좀 실망했습니다. 헬스장이나 조식, 주변 환경은 좋아요. 뚜벅이 여행이라면 절대 비추입니다만, 차를 가지고 오기엔 한적하고 나쁘지 않습니다.

호텔 시설도 청결하고 객실도 넓고 좋아요. 특히 바다 전망은 여수 호텔 중 최고라고 생각해요. 잔잔하고 평온한 바다를 바로 앞마당처럼 감상할 수 있어요. 다음에 여수 와도 또 묵고 싶어요.
