這家酒店真是讓我驚喜連連！從一進門開始，那奢華的裝修和寬敞的大堂就讓我眼前一亮。房間更是舒適得讓人不想離開，床鋪柔軟得就像雲朵一樣，讓我一夜好眠。
酒店的服務態度超級好！（這次為我們服務的是小胡）員工們總是面帶微笑，熱情周到地為我們提供各種幫助。無論是解決問題還是滿足需求，他們總是能夠迅速而準確地完成。這種賓至如歸的感覺，讓我感覺非常温暖。
總之，這家酒店無論是從環境、設施還是服務方面，都讓我感到非常滿意。

酒店位置非常適合度假放鬆，坐落在關麓村深處，挨着陶淵明故居，真的是世外桃源，設施很新，服務和住宿的舒適度和城市中的五星酒店一樣舒適，甚至更好，房間還有地暖，床品乾淨品質高，我們選擇的聯排別墅有私湯很方便衞生，自駕的話住這裏周邊玩宏村、西遞、西溪南、黃山都可以當天來回，很滿意，尤其感謝貼心服務的前台小褚、小王、小江，感謝，下次來還會選擇這裏

這是一家深得我心的酒店，預訂的時候觀望了好久，看酒店房間不多，預訂也不火爆，還有點擔心，其實是我想多了，實際入住的時候滿房了都。
酒店離景點開車都很方便，相比熱鬧的景區，我更願意待在酒店。酒店環境是精心設計的，入住酒店彷彿坐擁一座山，一片草原，獨享靜謐。不像三亞的親子度假酒店，客人很多，工作人員也很多，吵吵的感覺。我最大的感覺是這裏工作人員都是田螺姑娘，看不到人，默默把服務做完了，但是你一有需求，她立馬就來了。
酒店細節也很好：房型和硬件設施符合人性化設計，有健身房，有遊樂場，有泳池，有户外騎車，温泉也非常乾淨。我們連住兩晚，第二天田螺姑娘會把房間打掃很乾凈，鞋子幫我們擺放整齊，在床邊放上每日堅果和睡前牛奶。
管家小胡和小蕊也很貼心，感覺她們帶着熱愛、真誠和用心對待客人。

酒店環境真的絕美，漫溢着大自然的味道，在五一滿房的情況下，依然能保證衞生和服務，這點很難得。離守拙園很近，距宏村和西遞有20分鐘車程，適合自駕或者當地包車遊。

安徽行最滿意的酒店啦，整個都是在一個羣山環抱的地方，滿眼過去都是綠色，房間挺大，雙衞台盆很滿意，服務也很好小胡和小蕊有求必應，去附近的景區都很方便。

環境超級好，設施完善，服務意識高。因為孩子本來不舒服我們提前退訂了，後來再預訂的時候，管家小朱提前給我們安排了兩間在一起的房間。每次叫接駁車也很迅速，夜床服務很滿意，親子房孩子住的很開心，有私湯泡泡浴。酒店也是寵物友好酒店，給狗狗提供了窩窩和水。周邊最近的景點守拙園和南屏，駕車五分鐘，甚至可以步行前往，春日的美麗的徽州太適合一家人一起體驗了！酒店內部也是風景如畫！

本來在去酒店的路上一直在下雨，讓人心情很煩悶，快到酒店的時候雨停了，我們自駕從山上看到酒店的時候，真的很像世外桃源。到酒店後工作人員很熱情幫我們介紹並辦理了入住，然後由接駁車送我們去山上的房間，不得不誇一下接駁車來的很快，打完電話後基本不需要等。酒店到宏村、西遞，陶淵明故居都很近。要泡私湯還會提前幫我們消毒。酒店的徽菜也很好吃環境很好。退房的時候還給我們送了茶葉，很大一包。我和先生都比較喜歡這種安靜舒適的地方，臨走的時候我們都説了下次還會再來。
