我們是淡季來的體驗特別好，大家都對這個房子很滿意～本來以為會是照騙但是房間圖片和實物圖完全一樣，三樓的太陽特別好（不過這個天氣有點冷）
老闆也很好，設施很齊全，水很多還有洗衣機洗衣服很方便，吹風機有三個（牆裂好評
如果下次有去還會選擇這裏（房間很乾凈，下樓的時候看了一眼別的房間在收拾也都蠻乾淨的樣子
洗漱用品建議自帶 我個人用不太習慣
設施：無地暖有空調 開暖風有點幹可以帶加濕器

房間大小適中，陽台外風景也不錯。
不在景區內，但距離景區挺近的。
老闆人很好，還到宏村客運站接送。

有個小插曲，退房拿行李時有個大爺（可能是店家父親）找我説我把水壺燒焦了，我是一頭霧水，畢竟我衹用水壺燒水，別的啥也沒幹，而且我燒的水都正常喝了。不過有個年輕點的男子（可能長者另一個兒子）跟我説沒事沒事讓我別在意，有點不是很開心，不過也可以理解長者，還有很感謝那個男子解圍。

設施：空調不能制熱，不管開多少度都自動暫停
衞生：很一般，床前凳有頭髮，陽台的吊椅一坐就有白色的灰掉滿身，沙發臟臟的
環境：房間在住宅區內，適合早起的人住，隔音不是太好，7點多左右樓下就開始吵了，睡不踏實，但是陽台風景蠻好的
服務：服務很好，臨時決定出發的，訂房訂的很晚，態度特別好，給我們指路也很耐心詳細

公寓地理位置優越，走路到宏村十分鐘。門口停車方便，夜晚很安靜。房間足夠大，廚房、客廳、雙衞、洗衣機一應俱全，有種住家感覺。一樓有免費麻將房。老闆娘人超好，熱情大方。下次來宏村還會選擇。
