The hotel and the stuff are really good , but the swimming pool was not working the offer to move us to privet villa we had to
Pay extra For it because it’s has private swimming pool but the pool was empty , it’s took 2 days to fill it but we had to leave we did not even use it

服務很貼心，雖然都是當地大姐姐，但態度很熱情。無邊泳池風景獨一份，你值得擁有。酒店贈送自產楊梅一盒，風味極佳，當場消化一半。

第二次來，第一次就感覺服務態度有點生硬，以為是個別現象，第二次衝著無邊游泳池，想着帶娃來游泳，被告知下午五點半清場，説話也是十分生硬，我們大夏天最熱的時候兩點多出發三點半到，游到四點半告訴我們要下雨了清場了，好吧！安全第一！四點的時候去餐廳訂餐，服務眼眼皮都不抬的甩出一張紙，詢問別的菜品衹告訴我紙上有的就有沒寫的做不了！好吧，你忙！訂位子的時候我説我定陽台上的桌子，服務員説陽台位子定不了，衹能定包房，外面都是隨來隨坐，也行，你説了算！六點半我們來吃飯，進包房一看，潮、一股異味，這時候陽台上有位子，我要求換陽台，服務員先是告訴我換不了、他們沒時間、要搬自己搬！好吧！我自己搬，結果服務員又説外面的位子有人定了！定了？不是陽台不訂位子隨來隨坐麼？？？我自己端着火鍋往外走，服務員大媽噴我：沒見過你這種人！？？？我這種人？哪種人？整個溝通過程生硬、愛理不理、任何問題不解決、不搭理、白眼球算是吃飽了！中途朋友趕過來吃飯，被告知要買門票！我們在這裏住宿，在這裏吃飯、還要買門票？？？吃完飯八點半回房間，遊 泳 池 還 有 人在游泳！！！不是五點半清場麼？？？
總結一下：服務員全是大媽，態度及其惡劣！看得出來完全沒有培訓！無規章制度可言，全憑他們説了算，規定隨時改！體驗感極差！感覺去了一個野蠻山寨，沒有安全感可言！極其不推薦！再也不會去！也不會讓我認識的人去！

服務員態度極差，跟她講什麼她都不知道怎麼回答你，什麼問題都解決不了，就這服務態度，以後這酒店我再也不去了，要什麼沒什麼，還搞什麼網紅店

原來酒店是贈送泳池門票的。我現在過來發現酒店不送泳池票，那應該在規則裏面寫清楚告知泳池外包。現在看介紹把人忽悠過來，才告訴一張票都不送。我看別人評論可以游泳才過來的
