這是第二次來了。一如既往的好，從進門那一刻開始，服務就從不間斷。前台、客房、餐飲各方面服務都特別好，特別到位。房間很乾凈，而且冬天房間很暖和，服務員服務態度好勤快。酒店設施齊全，而且基本無衞生死角，飯菜口感好，温泉體驗舒服。一家人都非常滿意。贊一個。

智聖湯泉温泉泡池較多種類豐富，而且温泉水具有緩解疲勞治療皮疹具有良好功效。另外温泉服務人員服務特別熱情，水果、浴巾啥的都會送到你面前，剛開始開車過來還擔心不好停車，但是一來到這裏就發現幾乎是沂南縣最大的免費的停車場了，週末假期帶着家人朋友來泡一下温泉住一晚吃個自助餐心情愉悦渾身輕鬆不少。也衷心的祝願智聖湯泉越來好。

説實話非常不滿意的一次入住，兒子穿着酒店提供的一次性拖鞋腳被紮了一下，竟然在地上撿起來一個縫衣服的針，當時我就覺得挺不可思議的，後來電視調不出台讓工作人員來調電視時給他們説了下，讓我吃驚的事他們的工作人員拿過針以後説可能上個住客掉地上的，也沒説什麼，竟然連一句問問孩子的話都沒有，因為針是掉地毯上的，那個針是站着的，所以腳被紮了一下疼好久，一句話都沒有，那個服務員還問了我一句是掉地毯上嗎？當時還有一個調電視的小青年也可以作證，他們感覺在地上撿到針很正常，無語了

很不滿意。第一，必須雙早。第二，餐廳距離房間很遠，要帶房卡去吃飯，再帶房卡退房，直接退房再吃飯不可以！第三，前台服務態度太差！

家庭房離電梯較遠，出了電梯需要走好長一段路，房間很大，設施齊全。晚上很安靜，有利於睡眠。贈送3張早餐券和3份無限次温泉票。酒店早餐很豐盛，味道很好。室外温泉也很舒服，服務員很熱情，泡池內隨時給加熱水，還有免費的礦泉水喝。適合全家度假，推薦大家來體驗
