It’s nice hotel with friendly personnel. The breakfast and the dinner was amazing. I enjoyed it very much. We had to leave earlier so they prepared the breakfast to go for us.
But the cleanliness is just so so. It looked not so clean…especially the toilet.

酒店位於銀川市一個倉儲機電批發區，離高速路口衹有三站路。交通方便。可是我住了後，覺得怎麼都感覺像個四星酒店，覺得各方面都達不到五星，除了電梯口站的門迎對客人畢恭畢敬外，在其他服務員那兒得不到問候和笑容。停車場很大。停車方便。早餐中規中矩，達不到五星酒店的水準。麪包衹有簡單幾種。還沒有果醬。當我向服務員提出為什麼沒有果醬時。服務員説他們領導覺得擺了果醬不好看，所以不擺。特別是酒店的衞生，實在讓人受不了，浴缸裏前面住宿客人的毛髮還在，房間地毯上前面客人的煙灰還在，走廊，衞生間，房間地面，地毯上看着都臟兮兮的，房間窗户玻璃上面也是臟兮兮的。裝修材料也用的是很普通的三合板，像普通的快捷酒店一樣。我剛説的這些都有照片附後。如果你掛的4星，我也就不説什麼了。可是你掛了5星，就要按5星的標準要求自己。起碼在衞生和服務上面要按5星的標準。不然掛着五星會誤導我們這些會員衝著五星去住，而得不到5星的服務。

我在攜程上看圖片定的是帶浴缸的房間 可是到了酒店卻沒有浴缸 我就納悶打電話問前台 前台説我定的房間沒有 衹有商務的才有浴缸 我定的深杭雙床房 攜程的價格深杭還要比商務的貴 酒店也不給我解決 讓我體驗很不舒服 我就沒搞懂是怎麼回事 到底是酒店忽悠客人 還是酒店忽悠攜程呢 攜程就沒辦法嗎 那這個軟件還有存在的意義嗎？

很棒的體驗！第二天要去旅遊於是選了這家酒店，離機場也比較近，本來訂的大床房，前台小姐姐於茜免費幫我升級了套房，房間很乾凈，各種用品也很齊全，下次出去還會選擇這家

第一次住這個酒店，感到非常崩潰，晚上想用水沖一下洗洗腳，🚿的水就跟小孩子玩的水槍一樣，不怎麼出水，沒洗成；到睡覺的時候，房間裏一直嗡嗡嗡作響，開始以為是空調開的聲音，結果關了之後依舊嗡嗡嗡作響，搞的一晚上幾乎失眠；晚上睡覺在床頭總控開關關掉，半夜去洗手間，燈打不開，還得跑到床頭把總控打開，然後才能打開洗手間的燈，太不方便了；房間衞生條件也比較差，看到直接影響心情。這個消費水平的酒店無語了……
