The room was bigger than usual and clean. Front desk took longer to check us in. They didn’t know how to deal with a passport so they called a police officer to come register us which was unpleasant.

元宵節那天忙完回來沒看到紙條，但是今天退房的時候看到紙條還是很感動，真的在平淡的生活中增添了一抹温馨，酒店環境啥的都挺不錯的，距離商場也不遠，挺好的。ps：擦鞋布掉色，儘量換一款吧

總體下來可以，但是房間智能化不夠，建議升級加強，早餐也應該豐富些

智能馬桶很好，還能自動沖水。智能夜燈很好，晚上起來上廁所感應的，會自動亮。房間很大，景觀房是把角的，有四扇窗户，房間很透亮。樓下就可以停車，不過衹給一張停車券，衹能免最久的一次停車。

雙人間房間整體挺寬敞，洗漱和衞生間乾濕分離，很人性化，房子裏活動空間很大，設施比較齊全，但廁所太小了，很侷促。
早餐比較簡單，小米稀飯就看不到幾粒米
，光是湯水。
晚上樓下的ktv 很吵一直持續到凌晨3.4點

這個酒店也算涉外嗎？大堂臟亂差，遲了前台服務還可以其他服務員都態度非常惡劣.早上退房，由於行李多，我和孩子拿不了，找行李員，前台説派個大姐上來。上來一個大媽服務員工牌001號，一臉惡相，衹拿一個行李，其他讓我們自己拿，從頭到尾都沒有半句話和笑臉，像凶神惡煞一樣，也不知道怎麼可以評上涉外酒店。極力不推薦大家入住，這是我見過最恐怖的大堂.面積不足家裡客廳大

房間還行，性價比可以，前台比較昏暗。停車還比較方便，地上地下都可以，位置也不少。附近比較方便，有商場。美中不足是門口沒有地方掉頭，要開車很久

首先整體還是很不錯的，是我住過比較大的房間了，衞生打掃的也不錯，床和枕頭都很舒服，
我習慣睡矮一點的枕頭，大多數酒店的矮枕都不夠矮，他家的非常合適，
再説房間佈置，窗邊的梳粧台沒有鏡子，也有點窄了，照鏡子衹能去洗手池
馬桶是全智能的，坐上去温熱還自動沖水，很貼心
説到吹風筒我覺得還是很能體現一家酒店的服務的，確實是非常老舊的吹風筒，建議換代了
房間服務，旅遊季的價格真的是貴，房間服務一般般，沒有像其他酒店一樣準備飲料和小吃
