まず入ったらウェルカムドリンクがあり、暑かったので、とっても嬉しかった 接客もフレンドリーで、還暦衣装も、用意して頂き写真も良い思い出になりました。 食事は、色んなものが少しずつで、私にはピッタリ 鮑も和牛も美味しかったです お部屋のマッサージ機も最新で、ゆったりと過ごせました。 お風呂にもミストの美顔器があったのはびっくりしましたが、簡単に使えたので、是非どーぞ👍夏休み中だからか、浜辺で9時から花火もあり、時間は短いですが、いい思い出になりました

皆生温泉行きが急に決まった為、旅行シーズンで沢山予約がうまってる中、たまたまお部屋に空きがあったこちらに決めました。 受付の方、中居さん、皆さん とても感じの良い、親切な方々でした。 お部屋は勿論 綺麗ですが マッサージチェアが凄く有難かったです！ お料理も美味しく充分堪能しました。 ロビーから館内、至る所に 書作品、壺、絵画等… 素敵な作品が各階に飾られてあったのですが 一緒に行った高齢の母は「まあ素敵！」の連発で 大変喜び、目の保養にもなった様です。 温泉のアメニティの多さも女性には本当に嬉しいです 一泊でしたが、帰りの日男性が見送りに来られ 「玄関先で写真撮影はいかがですか？」と聞いてくれたので…記念写真を撮ってもらい、そんなサービスも嬉しく思いましたが 親切に駐車場まで荷物も運んでくれ、 車の窓拭きまでしてくれました。 その男性、てっきりスタッフさんだと思いきや なんと社長さんでした。 お気遣いが本当に嬉しかったです。 心地良く気持ちの良いまた行きたい！母も私もそう思えるお宿でした。

隠岐旅行の帰りに１泊しました。 私の車のカーナビでは案内が悪く迷ってしまいましたが、到着時間を事前に連絡していたので、ホテルの係員がホテル前で待っていてくれました。 客室にはマッサージチェアがあり、隠岐旅行の疲れを温泉と共にとることができました。 今回宿泊した客室は、安価なコースのため海側ではなく、眺めは良くなかったです。 ただホテルが海岸よりチョット離れていたので海側の客室もあまり眺めは良くなさそうです。 大浴場には昔懐かしいエルビス・プレスリーのパネルやその当時の車などのパネルが多数有り、昭和生まれの人間にはとても懐かしく，ＢＧＭも良かったです。 食事も隠岐旅行の後だったので、魚の鮮度を含めてあまり期待していなかったのですが、どれも美味しかったです。 それとチェックアウト後、車に乗り込もうとしたとき、ホテルの係員が全ての窓を拭いていただき、快適な気分で帰宅することが出来ました。 出来ればもう一回泊まりたいホテルです。

大山が見える部屋に家族で泊まりました。感染対策がしっかりしていて、電動トイレやマッサージチェア、ジアイーノなどパナソニックの家電が大浴場や部屋に揃っていて快適に過ごせました。温泉の湯の量も豊富で、浴場の脱衣所に赤ちゃん用のベッドなどもあり家族連れにおすすめです。夕食の際にスタッフのかたが家族の集合写真を撮ってくださり、その写真を即座に現像して写真たてに入れてプレゼントしてくださいました。一生の思い出になりました。

友達との2人旅、目的は温泉と食事。 どちらも満足いく内容でした。 その中でも従業員さんの対応が最高でした。 気配りしていただき、大満足でした。 直前の予約でしたので、小さい部屋しかなかったのが 残念でした。 また伺いたいと思います。 次は寒い時期にカニ食べたいな！

良かった点 ・マッサージ機、選べるシャンプー、フェイススチーマー、アメニティが豊富な点がいいです。 ・客層がそこまで悪くない ・子連れが多いので夜遅くは風呂も空いているし、うるさくする客がいない ・風呂場でクラシックがかかっている 微妙な点 ・子連れが多いので食事の時うるさいこともある ・眺めが悪い ・風呂場に飾っているアメリカンな絵が宿に合わずコンセプトに迷走している やはりホテル立地が海沿いでないので景色が悪い点や部屋食じゃないところ、アメニティなど女性に嬉しい点などを加味して総合評価は3.5以上です。
