非常喜歡住這個房間，大窗户，寬敞明亮，一個人特別舒服，房間的衞生打掃的也很乾凈，主要是這家的服務特別好，很熱情服務，前台小妹住之前就打電話問我喜歡房間的喜好，問同行的有沒有長者小孩，出來出差的，交通還是挺方便的，畢竟在市裡麪，非常喜歡住這個房間，大窗户，寬敞明亮，一個人特別舒服，房間的衞生打掃的也很乾凈，主要是這家的服務特別好，很熱情服務，前台小妹住之前就打電話問我喜歡房間的喜好，問同行的有沒有長者小孩，出來出差的，交通還是挺方便的，畢竟在市裡麪，前台給客人準備用的東西和基礎葯品也很齊全.推薦！

房間很好，很乾凈，設施很新，窗簾還是語音控制的，不用自己拉。 我們定的是家庭房，一張大床一張單人床，三個人完全夠睡。 服務也很好，我要求加床被子也滿足了。 早餐簡單，但挺好吃的，阿姨也及時收拾桌面，保持乾淨整潔。 早餐時間7-9點，但我去吃的時候過九點了，但也沒不讓我進去，這點很好。 樓下門口就有停車位免費停車，很方便。 總之一切都很滿意。

因為和朋友一起來參加永城玉石玉器交流會訂的房間，一共住了三天，住宿體驗感很好，酒店員工對我們的要求幾乎有求必應，房間衞生做得很好，房間寬敞明亮，酒店還幫忙給我們的交流會做了宣傳，提高了曝光率，增加了我們的成交率，非常感謝早上的早餐也很豐盛，中西早點都有，還有現做的牛肉湯，味道很鮮美，早餐廳是全景落地窗，邊吃早餐邊欣賞美景，開啟一天好心情，前台小姐姐笑容很甜美，服務很熱情，臨走還幫我們保管了行李，遺留的物品及時給我們聯繫，避免了損失。希望下次有機會在英頓酒店入住

很少做好評，這是為數不多的一次！首先整體來説雖然是2017年的酒店，島酒店養護的很好，大堂氣派，房間寬敞，沒有老酒店的異味！早餐比較豐富，尤其是巴氏純牛奶和現場做的米線、雲吞，超級好吃，口感棒！特別特別要讚的是前台的小姐姐們，接待專業，服務貼心，昨晚到酒店看到老公我倆帶了孩子，很貼心的送來小童拖鞋、牙刷、歡迎水果，臨睡前還走打電話叮囑“暖氣已停，晚上不要開窗以免凍着孩子”。床品很舒服，被子不薄不厚雖然沒暖氣，但是睡着很舒服。下次回來還住這裏，也會推薦身邊朋友來住！

酒店有送物機器人，很方便，並且設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛可口，房間大，前台服務很好，並且辦理入住時還幫我把行李送到房間，並且房間還提前打開了空調，洗衣服還幫我洗好烘乾送到了房間，很滿意，交通很方便
