The small courtyard is well located, and it is convenient to walk to Lingyan scenic spots and scenic bus stops. The owner's family is enthusiastic and thoughtful: help plan the tour route and prepare breakfast carefully. PS: The fried noodles made by the proprietress are great.

很乾凈，房間也不小，老闆娘勤快愛乾淨。 我們爬完山回來一直睡到第二天。
雁盪山是三山之一，不像別的山要進了景區才能慢慢看到山。 在山頂修棧道很有創意，雁盪山對孩子長者也很友好爬起來沒有那麼辛苦。 如果想住在景區周圍這裏很值得推薦。

基本還是不錯的一家民宿，房間比較乾淨整潔，服務也不錯，平時應該主要是老闆父母打理。
早餐比較豐富，蝦皮窩窩頭挺有特色。
我們是4/30號晚上7點上海出發，過了杭州後開始一路隧道限速，車禍，400公里的路程開了7個小時，到達時已經是5/1號凌晨兩點。老闆父親（老周）聽到了我們的動靜，起床接待我們，並引導我們把車停到距離不遠的停車場，事實證明提前到是明智的，第二天一早就開始交通管制，我們同行朋友夫妻5/1上午就衹能在山下遊客中心處停車，他們沒有讓老周開車去接他們，選擇了自己坐公交上山。
民宿距離來回景點的通勤車站很近，去方洞景區坐小巴10元/人。民宿邊上有好幾家飯店，應該是節假日的緣故，感覺價格小貴。

超級推薦，性價比很高，民宿很乾凈，地理環境好，周邊有飯店，飯店的菜不錯，離公交站點也很近，老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，問我們早餐想吃什麼，早上做了兩大碗海鮮麪，比廈門市區50一碗的海鮮麪都要大份和好吃。從景區回來快下雨還要趕高鐵，老闆免費送我們去高鐵站，省出好多時間，總體上來説，民宿很好，景色也很好，旅行體驗超級棒！

民宿的建材用的真好，很實在的經營方式，住了四個晚上，除了主要景區外還加玩方山+羊角洞+雁湖，非常精彩的行程，全靠老板娘跟老板，我愛愛愛死你們～🥰有空來台灣玩。

老闆一家子都太熱情了。晚上八點多到高鐵站，老闆自己有事還託了鄰居開車接我們入住。房間內部非常整潔乾淨，看得出來有在精心維持。親子房後門一開就是山壁，還有個接山泉水儲備的水塔。早餐是老闆娘一早問了幾點起算着時間做的，生怕我們不夠吃，一直要加。吃了當地的特色紅薯粽子，很奇妙的味道，還送了我們一個大柚子帶着吃。第二天早上老闆開車直接把我們送上方洞景區檢票口，一人10元，但是比景交車把人扔在索道點好太多，還擔心我們走錯路一直告訴我從方洞哪個口出去。如果一家子兩三個人一日遊，根本不用買那個三天40的景交票。請老闆送到方洞，然後其他行程自己打車多快好省。總之挺好的，以後再來還會選：）
