The lobby and room decoration are very good. Breakfast arrangement is also good. Especially on the top floor, you can visit calligraphy works. Impressive. We ordered two rooms. One room found that the toilet was broken at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The result was that the waiter could not be found. A young man came to help clear it. It took an hour. It was clear. The result was blocked again after a while. It was simply unusable. Reflect this situation the next day. Our users blocked it improperly.

This hotel is very cost-effective, excellent location, sufficient parking space, convenient travel, good environment, quiet and comfortable, complete facilities, robots can deliver food, gym and swimming pool, check-in and check-out at the front desk is fast, Manager Yuan is warm and friendly, take the initiative to introduce the surrounding facilities of the hotel, The room was clean and the stay was very safe. The room is clean and tidy, no smell
But I don't know if it's because of the mountains.
There is no hot water in the middle of the bath at night 🧐
The next day, the bath water was all hot 🤪
I only knew that there was no cold water when I asked.🤨
Later, the water came, but not clear water 🥸
Hopefully this can be improved.
And breakfast is real breakfast (7:30-8:30)
But it's good to get up early and breathe the air in the mountains.
Meals are also limited

This homestay is really good, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the environment is particularly good. Set in a beautiful basin amidst green mountains,This resort was way Beyond expectations! I never expected this level of comfort, faculties in a hill resort. The management looked after us like family not guests. The hospitality extended by owners, management and staff was outstanding. I would definitely come to stay again and for an extended period.

At first, I wanted to go to Tianyuewan Hot Spring Hotel, but it was too close to the highway exit and there were too many vehicles passing by. It is a quiet location by the river and I recommend everyone to come.

GGuest UserBefore booking, I called to confirm whether the hot spring in the room is a real hot spring. After I arrived at the store, I could smell the water quality with a slight mineral smell. The hotel staff took a look at the hot spring well the next day. It can be completely confirmed that the room is soaked in 100% hot spring water 👍.

AAnonymous UserJust had an overnight and very quick stay at this hotel but I could say that it's pretty well organized, clean, and with friendly and accommodating front desk personnel even at a very late night. Same common impression / observation is that no English - speaking staff for foreign visitors. It's quite challenging at times to communicate things out. Overall, it's still a very good and nice place to stop by and is considerably recommendable. See yah again on my next visit!
