賓館和岳陽樓就隔着一條公路，非常便捷。房間裝修有一些年頭，但基礎設施還不錯，熱水供應穩定，對短暫旅行比較合適，畢竟便捷還是比較重要。

賓館就在岳陽樓景區門口，有免費停車場，賓館旁邊還有個超大的停車場，12個小時內10塊錢非常方便，出門沿着洞庭北路一直走可以遊覽岳陽樓景區，汴河街，一直到巴陵廣場，再往前到岳陽港，沿途風景優美，洞庭湖勝景一覽無餘，晚上市民們在河邊放鞭炮，放孔明燈，非常有煙火氣息。

離岳陽樓近是一個優勢，房間和設備比較陳舊，衞生間淋浴室裏沒有放肥皂盒的地方，房間裏面沒有面巾紙，沒有早餐，很不方便，電梯裏面有一股異味。

不錯的酒店，房間乾淨整潔，電梯，停車場齊全，感覺特別方便。地理位置優越，出門就是岳陽樓景區，不遠處還有汴河小吃街，好👌。

酒店位置很好，不遠處就是岳陽樓、洞庭湖，前台工作人員熱情服務。房間乾淨整潔，窗户較大，夜晚較安靜，床鋪舒適。雖然設施有點陳舊，但各有所好吧，從健康角度，我感覺陳舊的房間比新裝修的更好些，尤其是帶着孩子。注重健康，對設施要求不高的可以作為首選。
