Fantastic!!! family loved it, the host was very polite and let us know all the controls of the private onsen and extra beds before he left, clean nice and quiet.

Very good experience

The location of the hotel, suitable for self-drive tours, drive to Golden Scale Lake about 10 minutes, Aeon supermarket about 8 minutes, very convenient! The room is quite new and comfortable, providing washing machine and laundry beads is very courteous, there is a private outdoor hot spring, but the shower next to it is broken The exhaust fan is super dusty, we recommend more cleaning The sukiyaki for dinner was rich, lots of beef was of good quality, and breakfast was a bit unsatisfactory, with only a few breads and juices.

The room is large and clean with a private bath. It is suitable for a family. It is a bit far from the JR station, but it takes about 6 minutes by taxi. The staff is very enthusiastic and helped to book a taxi for the return trip. I am very satisfied with this stay 😀

The environment is very good, chose to have a private wind, rich dinner, unfortunately breakfast is very simple, only bread and paper drinks.

I really like the design of the entire room, especially the private bath! The room was clean and there was plenty of room to move around. There are also several spirits in the public space for residents to drink on their own. A few disadvantages are that for those who are not traveling by car, they need to wait for a taxi in Yufuin (about 1100 yen), which will be more difficult if you come in winter. It is recommended that guests staying in the future buy some more snacks/meats before entering the hotel. The hotel's dinner portions are not very sufficient and there are fewer choices. The front desk staff will help arrange taxis to send guests away. Overall, I am very satisfied😊

The hotel is very good, clean and tidy, there is free parking, the dinner is delicious, there is a buffet cocktail area, and the room comes with a private hot spring, overall it is very good!

Room prices are rather expensive, dinner is okay, breakfast deviates from the room rate, only bread, completely bed and breakfast almost, do it yourself! The shower facility next to the hot spring room is broken, you can't rinse after soaking in the hot spring. Before soaking, you have to rinse in the shower room, and then go through the room to reach the room, back and forth, and the towel is wet, too awkward, not at all for this price!

The hotel is located in a remote area, 2.2 kilometers from Yufuin JR and bus station, with no transportation facilities, and you need to take a taxi to get around. There are no living facilities around at night, and you can only play games in the house. One night, two meals + private soup, a family of three had sukiyaki for dinner, and breakfast was bread + fruit drinks, nothing else, and the overall cost performance was low.

First-class facilities and good service attitude. We booked a double room but there was no extra charge for our family of four, and the bed was enough for four people. The quality of the dinner provided was very good, but the breakfast was relatively simple.

Arriving more than 1 hour early, it was difficult to find a check-in location, and early check-in was not allowed, the attitude of the staff, individually was not very ideal. Feeling in a mountainside location, a little worried about safety.  Having an open-air hot spring for guests is a great experience

First of all, you need to get a car from Yufuin Station! Even when I took a picture of the navigation system, it said I arrived nearby. ㅠㅜ I was lost for a while. If you go down a little bit, you can park in the vacant lot. Park your car and go down a little further to find the entrance!! After finishing my schedule, I finally checked in at 7 o'clock. Breakfast and dinner were included. The taste was okay! Be sure to buy snacks!! The hot spring was smaller than expected but clean. The facilities were clean as well. The staff was very friendly. However, what is disappointing is that the shower in the bathroom has very low water pressure. Perhaps because there was a washing machine and dryer, the towels were not plentiful but fit perfectly~~~

The room is large enough, clean and tidy, and the waiters are polite. If you travel by car, you can give it a try. There is no other means of transportation except taxis, but it is only 10 minutes away from Yufuin Station. The TV can watch YouTube and choose programs in your own language. Although the open-air bath is thin, it is very relaxing for two people to soak together. The dormitory includes one meal each in the morning and evening. Dinner is sushi and other food, which is of acceptable quality. Breakfast, which includes two breads and drinks per person, is relatively inferior. If you want to choose this hotel, you can choose not to include breakfast and dinner, because there is a supermarket in Yufuin, and you can choose your own food and bring it to the hotel. The room also has an induction cooker and a frying pan, and bowls and chopsticks are also provided. Overall, I personally think this hotel is worth recommending.
