The room doesn't have air conditioning（even in April）so we didn't sleep well.

The dinner buffet was hearty and awesome! Wide variety of food choice and the long leg crabs were super fresh! The hotel room was spacious.

Good hot spring hotel for family and friends. I ordered the full board experience, nice!

1. a special dinner is only available as a package to choose Japanese style room. We booked it but at last we were told there was no other dinner except dinner buffet at the spot. This was extremely frustrated because we would not book this package if this is the case. 2. Japanese style room on the 2nd floor, outside which is a zinc metal cover, we suffered the dripping sound of heavy raining on the zinc metal cover. 3. only warm air ventilation, which was extremely uncomfortable unless you switched it off and open the window, which makes the dripping noise every greater. We cannot sleep all night.

Free snack and drinks in the hotel lobby for people to wait for check in. Staff there is very professional. Staff will call to my room to remind me to have breakfast. Happy experience to stay there for 1 breakfast and 1 dinner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time, and I must say, it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the amazing hot spring experience. The soothing waters provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of activities. Additionally, I was delighted by the delectable dinner served at the hotel's restaurant. The culinary offerings were of exceptional quality and left me completely satisfied. I'm already looking forward to returning to this hotel during the winter season. The thought of enjoying the hot spring and indulging in another delicious meal in the cozy ambiance of the hotel fills me with anticipation. Highly recommended!

A century-old hotel, the hotel's ale bar is the birthplace of Kyushu ale. The hotel has an outdoor hot spring, and you can have beer, wine, soft drinks, ice cream and snacks in the lobby. There is also a weightless massage chair in the lobby. It is so comfortable to have a massage after soaking in the hot spring! The location of the hotel is also very good, more than 400 meters away from Yufuin Station, a quiet place amidst the bustle. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, including fresh seafood that can be grilled.

Exit Yufuin JR Station and walk along the right road for 5-6 minutes to the hotel. We stayed in a Japanese-style room. The mountain view outside the window was very beautiful, especially in the morning, walking along the river, the mood was relaxed. Breakfast and dinner are buffets, rich and delicious. Homemade beer is available. The hotel is very clean and the hot spring is very comfortable.
