직원이 매우 친절하고 시설이 깨끗합니다. 기본적으로 남탕과 여탕, 가족탕이 있으며, 제 객실에는 개인탕도 있었습니다. 가족탕은 예약 없이 자유롭게 사용할 수 있지만, 사용 시간대가 정해져 있으므로 유의해야 합니다. 이 여관에서는 석식과 조식이 제공됩니다. 석식은 오후 6시 30분으로 고정되어 있으므로 6시까지 체크인을 마쳐야 합니다. 조식의 시간은 자유롭게 선택할 수 있습니다.

太舒服了，全程慢聲細語周到服務，雖然語言溝通有困難，服務員們基本衹懂日語，但是他們有翻譯軟件幫忙。一泊二食，晚餐非常好吃。早餐後也有甜品，滿足😌。

오랫만에 가족여행이라 좋은곳으로 예약하고 싶어서 여기를 선택하게
됬어요~료칸하면 온천인데 객실에 개인 노천탕이 있어서 너무 편하고 식당이며 저희 객실이 위치도 가깝고 너무 좋았습니다.
방,거실,욕실 각각 히터도 있었고 가습기도 있어서 완전 만족!!!
가이세키는 코스요리처럼 나오는데 굉장히 대접받고 있다는 느낌을 받을 만큼 고급스럽스럽다고 느껴졌어요^^
또 가고 싶지만 가격의 압박이...ㅜㅜ
참 딸래미가 료칸 객실 노천탕에 14k 얇은 팔찌를 두고 왔는데
전화를 하자니 말도 안통하고...ㅜㅜ;;
그거 빼고는 정말 인생료칸 이라고 할만큼 최고였어요!!

이번 후쿠오카 여행중, 제가 숙박한 장소중에서 가장 고급스럽고 서비스가 너무나 뛰어난 장소였네요~ 들어간 순간부터 친절한 인사와 간단한 간식까지 주시고, 숙박실에는 푹신한 침대와 개인 노천탕이 있어서 언제든 이용가능한게 엄청 자유롭고 프라이버시가 있어서 매우매우 만족스러웠어요!
음식도 퀄리티 높은 재료들로 다양한 음식들이 나왔고, 질뿐만 아니라 양까지 푸짐해서 다 먹고나서 배가 빵빵 해졌네요...
다음에 또 유후인에 오면 꼭 이 료칸으로 다시 오고 싶네요!
돈을 좀 투자해서 완벽한 휴양을 하고 싶으시면 꼭 이 료칸을 이용해보세요!!

在由布院住了兩晚，酒店離金鱗湖很近，金鱗湖其實很小，衹能算個pond，景色也一般。酒店進去要拖鞋，有榻榻米的地方赤腳走路，木地板的地方穿酒店的拖鞋，拖鞋都有消毒服務。服務員都很有禮貌，雖然英語大都不怎麼樣，但也基本能交流。早餐是精緻的日式早餐，營養齊全，還有咖啡喝甜點。我們沒有訂一泊二食帶晚餐的那種，後來後悔了，因為由布院大部分飯店前都關門了，大概衹有三四家還開着，晚上路上很少，抹黑找過去，一家必須預約才行，一家馬上關門衹有take out，我們衹能買了帶回酒店吃，差點吃不上晚飯。房間還是算比較舒服的，有客廳，卧室在樓上，樓上樓下各有一個廁所。樓下有個小小的私湯，隨時隨地可以泡。美中不足的是第一晚發現水龍頭的水是冷的，要把泡澡沖淋的花灑打開，才有熱水。反映了情況後，第二天雖然有了熱水，但也需要開一段時間才有。難道酒店熱水沒有循環棒的嗎？總體來説還不錯，但價格也不菲

酒店非常近金麟湖，算是往中帶靜，非常舒適！整個旅館非常整潔，裝修優雅，內有不同房型，部分在房內有私人風呂，浸泡的風呂打理得乾淨，温泉水質素亦非常好，浸泡完，皮膚感覺滑了很多，不再乾燥！公衆浴池設有家庭風呂，適合家庭/情侶一同浸泡！
晚餐/早餐是在獨立房間享用，全程專人服侍，不受打擾；食物質素好，食物配搭考究，擺盤亦非常用心！
員工質素高，主動熱誠，反應快，部分員工英文能力有限，但很快從肢體語言領略所需，以極快速度主動用翻譯機確認資訊！
是會重來的旅館！
