酒店環境整潔，房間佈局合理，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，酒店裝修的温馨。
酒店樓下就有當地的特色小吃就還挺方便的 後面就是停車場出入也蠻順利，好評！

交通方便,環境優雅,價格優惠,乾淨衞生，條件舒適,酒店房間的地方很寬闊同時熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適，另外酒店裡麪的投影儀相當給力特別清晰，晚上睡不着的時候可以享受跟私人影院一樣的視覺效果。

酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理。這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，酒店裝修的富麗堂皇，一般人是不願進去的。酒店各色閃亮霓虹燈讓整城市流光溢彩，還有他們家的果盤，還有小吃都是免費給咱們送的。服務特別温馨，他們家的中式免費早餐也特別棒，我經常出差，沒有遇到過這麼好的酒店。前台還幫我拿箱子搬東西，服務沒的説。酒店平價，但服務一流。

衝著觀影來住的，結果投影。。。。。。。房間感覺裝修的比較粗糙，還有裝修的味道，房間的地毯着實不乾淨，看着是20年裝修的，實際感覺裝修時間更長，最重要的是隔音非常查，大清早吵的啊，這個價格還是不推薦大家來住。

住了兩天，簡直服了，空調遙控沒蓋板，電池不停掉，門沒有防盜鏈，煙感器被貼了一張紙，屋頂掉皮，衞生間和走廊感應燈體驗非常差，一邊拉屎一邊還得動。最差的住宿體驗。

酒店設施很好，地下室就是停車場，一樓大廳設有免費的小吃和茶水。晚上酒店還提供免費的夜宵，真的太貼心了，房間內超大投影，看電影簡直太棒了！一樓設有洗衣房，真的很方便，酒店衞生也很乾凈，床品睡着很舒服，地理位置也很好，距離火車站很近，附近吃喝玩樂都很方便。入住的時候定錯了房型。前台馬靜小姐姐及時解決了。總之這次入住榆林的H美居酒店體驗感非常滿意。有機會來榆林還會選擇居住的。性價比很高的酒店。推薦大家入住

當晚入住給4樓的房間 要求服務員換一個 服務員就説定的這個房型在1-2樓 但是在攜程定的顯示1-7
最後給換了6樓 6樓房間門口的電可能有問題 總是閃，給服務員打電話 換到5樓 給的5樓的房間排氣是壞的 房間味道非常的大，給前台打電話 就告知沒有房間 説是所有房間都一樣，最後衹能又換到4樓 總之體驗很差，希望服務員也能多為顧客想想 沒有人願意找事情！
