辦理入住送了早餐給我讓我幫好評的，但是我實在給不了，最高級會員價比網上還貴，房型介紹上面寫着一米八的床，進到房間是一米五的，後面給我換了一間一米八的房間毛巾又是用過的還是怎樣，反正就感覺很不衞生了，下來想退房又給升一級大床房，花灑開了好久沒有熱水，打電話到前台才知道要反方向開才有熱水，馬桶又會一直反水還是怎樣反正有那種聲音，而且不管是什麼大床房，高一級還是低一級都靠路邊的，第二天一早七點多就放房卡去前台退房了，中午還一直打電話問續不續住，住維也納酒店最差勁的一次了（送的早餐券我沒吃）

這間維也納酒店設施完備，床鋪舒適，乾淨整潔，環境優美，服務周到，服務員笑臉相迎，服務態度為酒店增色不少。早餐品種繁多，中西結合，南北兼顧。
地理位置極佳，停車方便，距雲浮東站和市中心網約車均為十元左右。周邊飲食店眾多，對面為雲浮國際石材交易中心。鬧中帶靜，是出差旅遊、商務訪友的不二之選。
