"The toilet and bathroom are public. When I booked it, I didn't see clearly that it was not convenient for a family to use. Children have to go to the toilet often and have to go out and enter the room. There is a hot spring written, but it is only like a hot bath? You have to pay a tax of 150 per person when you check in. Fortunately, the room was clean and tidy, I saw a lot of stars at night, and I could see the sea in the morning. The staff was friendly. But the price I booked was too expensive, more than twice as expensive as usual. It is recommended to come with friends, and it may not be very good for children."

"This is a lakeside hot spring hotel with excellent facilities. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The Japanese dinner served was great and the portions were generous. The breakfast was of self-service type with wide selections of Japanese (many with local ingredients) and western cuisines. Both the indoor and open air hot spring baths have excellent view of the Togo lake. Highly recommended."
"When checking in, the staff introduced the hotel facilities and usage hours in great detail. The men's and women's baths of the semi-open-air hot spring on the lake are switched between morning and evening, and there is also an indoor hot spring. One night and two meals, dinner is kaiseki cuisine, Tottori wagyu is tasted, and breakfast has many choices. A special lake hot spring hotel worth experiencing!"
"A lovely little stay in Hawai Onsen! The local area was so quiet and peaceful, with a couple of good restaurants and a convenience store within a short walk (we were also offered assistance with an izakaya reservation, if we wanted it). The room was big and clean, with comfortable beds and a good selection of provided ameneties. Owner was also very attentive to our needs, and offered additional towels and cleaning if/when we wanted it. Bath was always warm and very relaxing, including an outdoor one.
Although the rooms were clean, the shared areas could have done with some additional cleaning - the sinks were not always clean (some hair/dirt), and there were sometimes holes in the bug netting. The trip listing is a little incorrect, as the ”run of house” listing is still only a room with a shared bathroom. The ”shared bathroom” also refers to a full shared onsen experience, with no private shower cubicles etc available. There was a kettle/fridge available, but it would've been nice to have some more kitchen items (plates, chopsticks) as well as a microwave available."

"The location is so good for the price.
However, there is no place to eat around, so it is difficult.
There is no hot spring, but hot spring water is available in the bathtub"
"This was my first time staying here, as I made a last-minute reservation. I parked on the second floor by mistake, but when I contacted the front desk, they came out right away and helped me out. I checked in late and checked out early in the morning, but the front desk staff was polite and I was glad. The bathroom in the room had been renovated, and although it was a little old in places, the coils in the bed were comfortable and easy to sleep on, and they had put a lot of effort into the amenities! It was the closest to the station, and it was easy to get to restaurants, so I'm glad I stayed here (^^) Thank you."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a walk from the lake; near Matsuzaki Railway Station.
Thanks to the reception staff and restaurant service staff, even in the face of foreign passengers who do not speak Japanese at all, they patiently communicate and introduce; the quality of catering and service is really great!
