"호텔 직원이 친절함. 우린 택시 이용자라 택시 섭외가 가능한가 지나가는 소리로 물었는데 아침에 기억하고 있다가 물어보았음.
조식이 매우 훌룽함. 우리가 아침마다 먹는 채소와 과일 그리고 올리브, 치즈가 준비되어 있었음. 음료도 기호대로 먹을 수 있도록 준비되어 있었는데 커피만 원두커피가 없어서 아쉬움.
과일은 먹기 좋은 크기로 주문하는대로 서비스해주는 것이 특이함. 다른 호텔에서는 볼 수 없었던 시스템인듯~~~
객실은 매우 깨끗하고 아늑했으며, 특히 장애인을 지원하는 화장실 시스템이 돋보임.
호텔 주변에 볼거리가 많은데, 케이블카를 타는 곳이 걸어서 7분정도에 있고 구름다리가 걸어서 20분 거리에 있어서 산책삼아 다녀올 만한 거리임.
눈이 많이 와서 아름다운 설경을 볼 수 있었는데 특히 트립닷컴의 할인을 이용하여 저렴하게 묵을 수 있었음.
조식이 포함되지 않아 별도로 지불해야했는데, 조식을 1인당 20만숨을 내라했는데 트립닷컴에서 15만숨으로 계약했다고 했더니 두말하지 않고 15만숨을 받았음."
