The overall environment of the hotel is comfortable and parking is convenient. The room decoration is typical business type. The room is quite large but the soundproofing is a bit poor. The chatter next door in the middle of the night can be heard clearly from the bedside. The attitude of the waiters is very good. I didn’t have an in-depth experience with the hot springs in the package because I had a baby. Overall, I felt that there were quite a lot of pools, but the free bath towels were a bit small and the bathrobes were charged. The spicy crab provided is also very good. It would be even better if you add some rice cakes. Because spicy crab is provided, we also had dinner at the hotel. The waiter recommended a set meal for us. There are 6 dishes for 128, which is really good value and taste. Very good too. The whole trip was very satisfying.

The suite room I booked is spacious, clean and hygienic. The food in the Chinese restaurant is delicious. Customers' needs are met and the response is quick. Overall, I am quite satisfied with everything. The price/performance ratio is quite high. I will recommend it to my friends.

I came back to Zhangjiagang from the United States and stayed in the Executive Deluxe Suite on the 35th floor of Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel. It is worthy of being the best hotel in Zhangjiagang. The afternoon tea and evening cocktails in the Executive Lounge are great! There are also many choices for free breakfast for guests of the Executive Suite. The room is very large, and the whole wall of floor-to-ceiling glass has a wide view. 5-star praise. I will stay here next time!

The room is large, but since it is an old hotel, the bathroom is small and smells a bit. Breakfast is a specialty of Jinling. It is very rich. The noodle stalls include fried fish and braised meat, and the cold dishes include beef and jellyfish. Although it is the Spring Festival, since Zhangjiagang is not a popular city, the hotel does not increase the price. There is welcome fruit every day, 2 bottles of drinks in the small refrigerator are free, and 2 bottles of homemade yogurt are given as a gift on the day of check-out. The service attitude is very good and the hotel is very cost-effective. It should be noted that the height limit of underground garages is 1.6.

The service of the hotel's Champs Elysées Western Restaurant is also remarkable. The buffet breakfast/dinner dishes are rich, colorful, fragrant and delicious. In particular, the single dishes are prepared in small bites. People of all sizes can taste their favorite dishes. The most impressive thing is Xiao Xu in the Western Restaurant. The service is friendly and in place, making people feel happy and comfortable dining at home. The room service is also amazing. The room is bright and clean, and various items of all sizes are placed in place. In particular, the glass wall connecting the bathroom and the room is bright and clean. If you don't pay attention, you will think that the room and the bathroom are not separated and connected! The speed of room service is also amazing. It only takes 1 or 2 minutes from calling to delivering the items. It is very timely and thoughtful! The service staff who met us in the hotel corridor would greet us friendly and proactively. Even the security personnel responsible for guiding vehicles outdoors and at the lobby entrance were very friendly and took the initiative to help with directions, opening and closing car doors, and answering inquiries. From the comprehensive consideration of hotel hardware and software, Zhangjiagang Jiyang Lake Hotel is one of the best!

I stayed in this hotel twice in 2016, leaving very good memories. After returning to Hong Kong, I stayed in other chain or resort hotels. I didn't expect surprises one after another: the hotel's lakeside trail has beautiful scenery, and the elastic running track is very friendly to running enthusiasts; bottled water placed at the exit of the elevator on the floor can meet the needs at any time; my family has high requirements for bedding, and I didn't see the introduction of mattresses and bedding in the hotel introduction. I was also worried that there would be no latex pillows. As a result, the King Koil mattress is matched with a feather mattress, and there is a special menu for guests to choose from; the bathroom sanitary ware is very well maintained, and the toilet has also been upgraded to a smart toilet; the buffet breakfast also has tofu pudding in a wooden barrel, and the Chinese breakfast products are very suitable for Chinese stomachs. In addition, the hotel called to inquire about the check-in requirements the day before check-in, meeting my requirements for different room types to be close to each other, and upgrading to a lake view room, which is an absolutely perfect check-in experience. When you come to Zhangjiagang, I strongly recommend Shazhou Lake Hotel. It is suitable for visiting relatives and friends and vacationing. It only takes half an hour to reach any scenic spot in Zhangjiagang.

I came to the island during the Spring Festival and chose this hotel with a beautiful, clean and comfortable environment. It’s really great for friends who like quiet. The food tastes good. Affordable. The hotel's butlers provide good service. The hot springs are real. It's a comfortable soak. You can bring dogs and cats. They have a lot of fun.

A good hotel for a business trip to Zhangjigang. The breakfast has a good standard. Fresh fruits, Chinese noodles, eggs to customers choice and many more is offered. A small gym let you train a bit (could be bigger!). The restaurant is opened till 10:30pm and provides some tasty snacks when the work day lasts a bit longer and the nearby restaurants in the shopping mall are already closed. The Starbucks in the mall opens at 06:30 and is just a 7 minutes walk away.
