Cute, clean and homely boutique hotel. Staff is friendly and very helpful (helped with tickets to Tianmen Mountain and explained the route and what we need to do. Also with food delivery service and travelling to nearby towns).
There is also complementary airport pick up/drop off service which is very thoughtful especially travelling with kids.
Right by the cable car station (Line A and B) this stop is also for Line C bus. Construction stops around 9pm-ish so is fine in terms of noise.
Lots of food options around too.

We had a wonderful two-night stay. Everything was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, with good, warm water pressure.The location was ideal, just 500 meters from the east gate of the national forest park and 500 meters from the bus station to Zhangjiajie city center. Our host was incredibly helpful and considerate. She kindly assisted us in purchasing tickets for the national forest park and Glass Bridge at a discounted price. A lively food street is conveniently located across from the hotel, particularly vibrant at night. We highly recommend purchasing tea from the hotel; it's reasonably priced compared to other local shops.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. The receptionist helped us book entrance tickets and gave us great suggestions for the forest park and the journey in Zhangjiajie.
I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by the A'yi s with an amazing view. Our room and balcony had a view towards the garden where we could rest and enjoy the traditional farming and gardening views.

We had a very good experience over there. The owner is very friendly. He picked us up from Wulingyuan Bus Station. (You need to take bus from Zhangjiajie Bus station which is right next the Zhangjiajie Railway Station to Wulingyuan). This homestay is located in the quiet place along with a small stream. The room is very clean with free breakfast(P6). The homestay is 5 mins driving away to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The owner also offered detailed travel plan for us, so we had a great time in the national park. We loved their home cooking local foods so much!!!!!( I attached the menu below). We stayed there for 5 days, we ate out the first day. After we tried their cooking, we didn't eat out anymore. We texted owner before we came back. When we arrived homestay all the dishes had been ready. We highly recommend this homestay.

First of all, it is really misleading on the sign on the wall to locate this hotel. It is a floor in a huge apartment building. On the ad from outside, it says 23rd floor, then we came to the 23rd, it looks like some deserted ******* house. There was a few rooms and there was the sign of that hotel outside. Then there is one door saying open for business with their hotel sign on it. We were ringing the bell but no answers. We then came downstairs again. Luckily there was another ad saying on 18 floor, but in the elevator, only 17A floor. We guess it is and came there. Finally it is in that floor.
When we came in, the reception desk is among a few other rooms nearby. Vary cramp. We booked a room that is near the reception desk, so we decided to pay extra to upgrade to a room further away, otherwise, it would have been very noisy. Then a man was smoking right in the waiting area, near the reception desk. But only until we complained that the receptionist reminded him. The whole hallway smells smokes. The room is not cleaned well, stains are everywhere. I feel so dirty that I couldn’t sleep that night.
If you come here, try Hotel hotel, not these ”one floor in apartment building hotel”.

It was great for the price and the service was fantastic. She was very responsive to my messages about questions and would buy my tickets for the mountains for me if I needed. She was also very good with explaining the routes I should take and how to go about the mountains. The location was also fantastic as there was a lot of good food right around the area. The only shortcoming was that our sink was leaking and the room looked slightly sketchy (the wood on the drawers were wearing out and scratched) even though it was very clean. However, they came to repair the sink asap the next day.

KKaylen TohI had a delightful stay at Yunmanshan, where the surroundings were tranquil and peaceful. The hosts were warm, helpful and welcoming. Being close to the mountains, expect slightly higher Didi transport fares. Food delivery options are limited, but the hosts offer home-cooked meals for an additional cost. While the lodging is conveniently located near the national forest and just 30 minutes from the railway station, other attractions are relatively distant. The room I booked is spacious and all the basic amenities are provided.

It's not a large hotel, it has five floors, but everything is new and exquisite👍
❤️I especially want to praise the bathroom. The toilet is a smart toilet and the shower has a lot of hot water.
✅There is also a terrace and laundry room on the top floor of the hotel, where you can wash and hang clothes immediately without having to stuff dirty clothes into the suitcase. We stayed for three days, and the clothes we hung out on the first night were completely dry when we collected them the next afternoon. ☺️
If you choose to drive here, there is also a large parking lot.
💓It is surrounded by a prosperous commercial area, and eating and drinking are very convenient.
💯The most important thing is that the boss's family is very enthusiastic and down-to-earth. We are a self-guided tour and she gave us a lot of suggestions on where to go. weather was not very forgiving during my stay, so they were very kind to offer me an upgrade to their beautiful rainbow room multiple times for me to rest better. I just love this place and the people, will definitely be back again to try out their rainbow room finally!

GGuest UserJust completed our 4-day, 3-night trip to the magnificent Zhangjiajie, staying at the equally—if not more—beautiful and serene Zhangjiajie Celestial Valley Minsu. Without the crowds, this place truly feels like a hidden gem. Of all the accommodations we stayed at during our first trip to China, Celestial Valley felt more like a home, nestled in a location with out-of-this-world scenery.
After spending a full day in the bustling Zhangjiajie National Park, returning here to enjoy an outdoor dinner with breathtaking views—followed by a “celestial wonder” of millions of stars—was an unbelievably magnificent experience.
From our 4 days with driver Mr. 孫, to the warm hospitality of front desk staff 小蔣 and 小范, and the kind assistance of 小鄭, everyone treated us like family. They arranged every detail of our trip, ensuring we made the most of our short stay in Zhangjiajie. From booking tickets in advance (so we didn’t have to fight the crowds), to planning our meals, and providing detailed information about the best spots in the National Park, Grand Canyon, and Tianmen Mountain, we felt utterly pampered. Leaving Zhangjiajie—and especially our “new family”—was the hardest part.
Our spacious, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean room offered a magnificent panoramic view of the gorgeous mountains. Outside, there were plenty of seating areas to enjoy their organic farms, vibrant flowers, and blossoming trees. Oh, and I must mention the cutest dogs and cats who greeted us daily—they added such charm to our stay! It was so hard to leave, and we’re already counting the days until we can return. Next time, we’ll stay longer—please save our room for us!

GGuest UserOur family of three came to Zhangjiajie for fun, and we were really satisfied with staying in this homestay! The room is more spacious than the picture. The baby slept in the children's bed and refused to get off. The owner also prepared children's slippers and a small toothbrush. The boss knew that we were with a baby, so he added a lot of toys for the children in the room in advance.
The location is really convenient. Turn left and there is a convenience store. Turn right and there is a rice noodle shop that tastes very good. The taxi to Tianmen Mountain is only the starting price, and the owner also helped us plan an easy route without climbing the mountain. The hygiene is done carefully, the toilet has a disinfection sticker, and the sheets smell like they have been exposed to the sun.
Originally, I only booked one night, but I stayed for two more days because the baby liked it. The high-speed train was in the afternoon on the day of check-out, and the owner let us stay for two more hours for free, and also gave us a bag of homemade berry tea. Families with children can choose with their eyes closed, the price is reasonable, and the service is warm!

GGuest UserThis hotel is really nice, quiet and leisurely. In fact, you can stay for a few more days to play while time is not tight. In the evening, you can order barbecue and meet friends for a drink. It's very comfortable to enjoy the breeze. The parent-child room is highly recommended. Although my baby is only one year old, he is so happy. He doesn't feel scared of the unfamiliar environment at all. He is super happy. After booking, we also recommended it to our colleagues, and they also chose to live in the same hotel with us. It's really nice, and the boss is also very nice. My husband even bought some sausages from the store hahahaha. When we left, the handsome boss and his family came out to see us off. It was like visiting a friend's house. It was super nice. I especially wanted to say that my mother remembered that her bracelet was left in the room after we came back for a day, and asked the boss. The boss said it was there and put it away carefully. Thank you so much. The old lady is very happy now. Thanks again to the boss. I really recommend this hotel. The environment and sanitation are good. I used to work in a hotel, and the sanitation is really meticulous!

KKathi_The hotel owners are extremely nice and very helpful, they would help us with any hiking trip we wanted to go on and let us leave our suitcases when we had already checked out but were waiting on our flight. As hosts, they are truly welcoming.
But I personally wouldn't stay here again, as there are a couple things that were less optimal:
- because the hotel is very close to the airport, it will get very loud when the planes fly over the house (they fly until around 1am. To deter birds, they also play extremely loud banging sounds during those times, in random intervals)
- for the price of the hotel, I expected pristine conditions, which we didn't find it in. The room seemed rundown and even though cockroaches are not the worst, for the price of the panorama room I'd expect no dead ones in my bathtub.
- the restaurant of the hotel is very tasty, but it's not ok to have to wait 20 mins between each dish. Also it's not ok to have the owner's children's friends come up and stare and scream at us while we eat, just because we are foreigners
- when I put the do not disturb sign, because we want to sleep in, I would prefer to not be disturbed
Again, the owners were nothing but wonderful, but I personally wouldn't come here again for above reasons. Had the price been in the same range as other hotels, I could've accepted things as they were, but because we paid triple the amount I expect no less and more than what we got from other hotels in lesser price ranges.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and beautiful, tidy and sanitary, and the toilet is especially clean. The hair dryer is exceptionally powerful, and the customer service lady is also very helpful. Free pick-up service is so thoughtful! I will definitely come again next time I visit Zhangjiajie.
