Location: although not super close to cable car station, its a nice quartier to walk around (restaurants, little stores, fruit stalls), theres a big stone in front of it.
Room: spacious, low light, big window, no smell, good bed, clean. Ask for high floor or front building room to avoid restaurant smell from the street.
They can gently help you to purchase tickets for attractions at good price. Use phone translator."

"Very good, the B&B is clean and hygienic, and it's a good place to rest. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. She recommended us tourist routes and gave us a lot of suggestions, so that we can avoid detours. We added WeChat, so we can contact her wherever we go. If we don't understand, we can ask her and she will guide us patiently. She cooked delicious meals and it felt like home."

"Trying to find the hotel was the slightly difficult part unless you know what to look for, but they do have a big poster on the entrance at street level. The apartment was lovely and light. The reception staff were very helpful and also helped us buy tickets for Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. Very good location close to local shops. Do bring ear plugs though as during morning you can hear the traffic below. Would still recommend them. Good view from the room. Catch a didi to the intersection of the Jiefang Road and Yingbin Road. About 2-3 mins walk from there to building entrance. Floor 17A."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional — everything was spotless and well cared for throughout my stay. The amenities were impressive. With sufficient tissues and dustbins, daily refresh of toothbrush’s and bedroom slippers and filtered water by the sink!!! Which made washing fruits and brushing teeth so convenient. These small things made my time here very comfortable and relaxing.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly made a difference as they helped us with the various attraction tickets and helping us with daily laundry needs.
The location is very convenient, especially with a convenience store located just downstairs, which made grabbing quick snacks or essentials super easy. Located near attraction spots and A line cable car stop!

"Firstly, the girl at reception insisted on carrying my heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs - how did she know I'd done over 35,000 steps that day? This is a quaint, traditional Chinese inn with some stunning decor. It is right near the mountain cable car entrance and there are lots of food options around (try the large family restaurant just down on the right). My only disappointment was that I'd read that the owners are very friendly but I didn't get to meet them! Lovely stay for my birthday, anyway - thanks."

My recent stay at XiFuWan Resort Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm greeting from the owner made us feel right at home. The owners, a genuinely kind husband and wife duo, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable and comfortable.
Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a lovely basket of fresh fruits—a thoughtful touch that truly reflected their generosity. They even went the extra mile by creating a WeChat group labeled ”VIP” to keep us updated on local attractions and assist us during our stay, which added a personalized touch to the experience.
The owners were particularly helpful in arranging tickets for the mountains and the famed Bailong Elevator, making our adventures seamless. They provided complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to the east gate of the mountain, which was incredibly convenient.
During our stay, my mother experienced some abdominal pain, and the compassion demonstrated by the owners was heartwarming. The husband personally took us to the hospital and assisted us through every step of the process, ensuring my mother was taken care of from A to Z. There, we experience what visiting a hospital in China is like. Its very fast and convenient.
Location-wise, XiFuWan Resort Hotel is perfectly situated in the bustling city center, surrounded by an array of conveniences including HeyTea, cyber cafés, supermarkets, and even a hospital nearby. It’s the ideal spot for anyone looking to explore the area without sacrificing comfort or service. Not to mention, there is also a halal restaurant nearby, ideal for muslim guests.
The service we received at XiFuWan Resort Hotel exceeded our expectations, giving us an experience worthy of more than just five stars. Help us with pick up from railway station and everything else we need through ours 4 night stay. Add him on wechat before arriving, and he will do anything for you. From booking ticket and planning of which route of Zhangjiajie Park.

The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, with both cold and hot water available. The hot shower was just what I needed to relax my body after a long walk. The customer service is exceptional; they provide comprehensive information for the entire trip and even help you secure slightly cheaper tickets by comparing prices on the website. Additionally, there is a free shuttle ride to the gate. The breakfast offers a good variety of options. The location is convenient, with plenty of food choices, a mini market, and a fruit stall nearby.

TTracy JinI have read about the host before booking this inn. Still, I wasn't expected them to be this good. The host was trying everything he can to help us with our constantly changing plan due to the weather. It wasn't a straightforward plan, as we always stayed one day/night in a different part of the park hence already did some sightseeing. During our stay here at the inn, it rained a lot so we needed to make a last minute plan change to avoid the mountain top (there's nothing to see due to the fog). My partner doesn't eat the local breakfast which is offered at the inn so the host drove us to a nearby breakfast restaurant. He also arranged drivers for us with better price than if booked ourselves. The host's son was very helpful too: He was keen for us to go to a particular spot for sunset view on our arrival day as he knew there'd be cloud sea at the time and it's not a regular event. Too bad we didn't listen to him :-)

GGuest UserThe hotel was great, in a good location - they gave us a free upgrade to a better room, which was amazing! However, the biggest upside was the hospitality and insightful tips from the front desk! They organized pick ups and drop offs, bought discounted tickets for the Zhangjiajie National Park and Glass Bridge. They organized everything for us and how to tackle the park in the best way possible. Also, they were always available if we had any requests. Staff was super friendly, always trying to help! We will definitely be back! 🫶🏻♥️🐲⛩️

GGuest UserThis hotel is really nice, quiet and leisurely. In fact, you can stay for a few more days to play while time is not tight. In the evening, you can order barbecue and meet friends for a drink. It's very comfortable to enjoy the breeze. The parent-child room is highly recommended. Although my baby is only one year old, he is so happy. He doesn't feel scared of the unfamiliar environment at all. He is super happy. After booking, we also recommended it to our colleagues, and they also chose to live in the same hotel with us. It's really nice, and the boss is also very nice. My husband even bought some sausages from the store hahahaha. When we left, the handsome boss and his family came out to see us off. It was like visiting a friend's house. It was super nice. I especially wanted to say that my mother remembered that her bracelet was left in the room after we came back for a day, and asked the boss. The boss said it was there and put it away carefully. Thank you so much. The old lady is very happy now. Thanks again to the boss. I really recommend this hotel. The environment and sanitation are good. I used to work in a hotel, and the sanitation is really meticulous!

ZZoeycchenThe room also provides children's disposable toothbrushes and children's shoes. The accommodation environment is really comfortable. I didn't know how to adjust the projector in the middle of the night, and the boss came to help immediately. The baby took a shower and made water all over the floor. The boss helped to clean it without saying a word. This service attitude is really 🐮. The two kids lingered and kept saying that they would come here to live again during the summer vacation [strong][strong][strong]
