1，位置離人民路地鐵口步行5分鐘，周邊有小吃店，超市，水果店，交通便利。
2，空調，熱手都非常熱。
3，但房間太老舊了，裝修時間十年有了吧。入住房卡插入沒電，打電話換房卡。門很薄、門縫大非常不隔音。衞生狀況很差，自己圖片是入住時的枕套，黑的污漬就這麼給客人用，衞生間門把手擦了都是灰，拖鞋沒有一次性的，衹有布的消毒重複使用的，但是打開包裝有一股黴味。衞生狀況很差勁啊，大晚上來不及換房，將就一晚上。我就想説怎麼刷的這麼多好評！！！

房間整潔設施齊全（一樓文新信陽毛尖不錯，可以品茶，服務真的沒話説，真的我哭死），哇哦~~~住進來之後，真的有種家的感覺！沒想到這次住的酒店真不錯，剛開始預訂房間的時候沒多想，衹知道哪裡方便些，沒想到剛到前廳大廳的裝修簡單的設計師風格，特別是我喜歡的風格，房間裏面的顏色搭配大氣，感謝前台兩位美女熱情迅速辦理入住🌹

特別好的一次體驗！！！五一出來玩，早早定了，價格不貴（比起洛陽西安），環境設施也不錯，附近就是人民公園、大上海、二七紀念塔，位置方便着呢。
最有趣的是，當天入住，當天下午隔壁鄭州體育館比賽拉丁！哇！有小選手和我們一層樓，以為是要比賽的，敲門讓換衣服走（開始沒聽懂，後來聽懂了）好可愛啊，小小的卻有很大的戰鬥力！晚上去看了單人賽總決賽和省隊選拔決賽，真的太厲害啦！又可愛又優秀！

入住當天房間沒打掃出來，直接升級了套房，沖這個本來想給滿分的。但是入住的當天下午就有小朋友吵來吵去，在走廊崩來蹦去，但畢竟是下午我還能接受。但到了第二天早上七點多，六樓的小朋友們就又開始跑來跑去，很吵很鬧，還有老師在走廊點名，給前台反應了一下，雖然有所改善但還是很吵，一直吵到九點左右才安靜下來，外出旅遊回來本來就想好好休息一下，但這真的讓人很氣憤。如果以後接到這種訂購的話，建議把一層就留給他們，不要影響到其他顧客休息。衞生和設施總體還可以吧。

酒店掛着3星，實際差遠了。房間內設施跟小旅館一個樣，處處顯low，顯臟，進門有股低悶的黴味＋臭腳丫味，坐凳特別臟誰敢坐！見圖。牆面、衞生間、水池都是黑黴。體驗感極差。絕對沒有刻意黑，有圖為證。位置距離二七廣場也不是很近，玩累了的話絕對不能步行回去，得打車，門口還總堵車。唯一能確定的是床單被罩應該是每天換的，洗漱用品質量還可以，但是沐浴液盒子是壞的，擠不出來。根據平台推薦了3星，以為能住的舒適，結果很失望，不值這個價格，真不如100多塊錢的舒適型酒店。
