這次出差選擇世紀星酒店，真的很滿意，很好的入住體驗，前台員工非常有禮貌，特別是戴眼鏡的小雪姐姐，服務熱情周到，讓我感受到了酒店的熱情，專業素養很高，可見酒店的培訓非常到位，房間也是新裝修過的，乾淨衞生。早餐是自助餐。房間還備了免費的水，總之感覺很好，大愛這家連鎖酒店，會經常來住的

退房的時候比較着急，東西沒辦法給朋友送過去，前台小雪姐姐建議放前台，留個聯繫方式把東西寄存在前台，朋友也不用着急往這趕，真是解了燃眉之急，有這樣真心為客人着想的服務真是太讚了，下次來鄭州還住這家

首先這個酒店地理位置不錯，停車特別方便，不收費，酒店前台晶雪服務很細心，房間安靜適合休息，酒店離火車站和高鐵站不遠，非常方便，距離一號線二號線走路15分鐘左右就過去了，吃飯也很方便出來都是飯店和小吃，酒店比較乾淨，設施齊全，房間有贈送水，房間乾淨衞生寬敞明亮，入住需要提前掃碼，測量體温，安全，退房贈送小瓶酒精，攜帶方便，不錯，強烈推薦！

酒店真的挺好的，前台趙經理，看到主動打招呼，服務很熱情，給安排的房間也很滿意，房間採光很好，房間浴巾面巾密封的，每個經過大廳的人都需要掃健康碼，測量體温，登記。覺的住到這裏很安全，還有備用口罩，酒店設施設備齊全，早餐是送到房間，強烈推薦
