房間蠻大的 衞生也不錯 空調升温很快 智能馬桶也舒適 可以延遲退房 樓下是大張超市 很方便 房間窗户看出去視野開闊
帶着孩子一起住的 小朋友很喜歡 説要是有一點歡迎水果就更棒了
我個人覺得早餐試樣豐富 餐廳的座位如果可以拉開一些 有更多隔開的四人位會更整齊一些
整體住店體驗不錯 下次還會選擇

剛到酒店門口我還以為是走錯地方了，門口是一個燒烤攤子，進去大堂依然是餐廳的感覺。早餐在11樓，住宿在17樓，造成電梯很慢等很久，進房床上一根長頭髮，房間設施和價格不匹配，早餐更辣雞。攜程現在也是不負責任，這樣的酒店4.8分，這不是誤導消費者嗎？虧我還是鑽石會員了！

硬件不行也就算了，服務也做不好
1房間裝修非常簡樸，早飯幾乎沒有肉
2刷早飯説我卡里沒有帶早飯，非讓我去前台問。你早飯在十一樓，前台在一樓，接了那麼多會議，電梯全是人，一上一下小十分鐘，大清早誰有這麼多時間。知道我生氣了説讓給前台打電話，下去直接退了早飯，這個時候有方法給前台打電話核實。
3.送外賣的來説不讓上，自動機器人在用，等會讓機器人送。如果不是我多嘴問了一句多長時間我才還不知道所謂的等會是半個多小時，酒店的人沒有一點生活常識，還是根本不關心客人吃到什麼飯。
細説似乎也都沒啥大問題，但是集中出現在這個價位的酒店，就有點讓人生氣。而且我退房的時候還有客人在給前台發脾氣，似乎也不是我一個人的問題

房間很讓人驚喜。趕上商家做活動。清明節住了兩天，各方面細節都沒問題。雙床的也夠大，帶娃很方便。前台也很細節，看我們帶倆娃，一會讓機器人給我們送來了小童拖鞋和牙刷。點外賣機器人也能很快送到。周圍也很方便，地鐵站，還有小吃，還有商場可以吃飯。總體來説非常滿意。樓下還有一家涮羊肉。到了第一天也很晚了九點多了就在那吃的，也很好吃。洗澡水頭也很大。。值得我給一個非常好的五星好評。
